It's been days now, not being able to access my paycheck. 6+ hours on hold with the call center, with no one to answer my call. Website and mobile app not working. Bill are due with late fees being added daily. Will never have anything to do with Bluebird again.
I noticed an item ordered under my Walmart account that I did not do. I contacted Walmart they said I need to contact my bank. Someone was able to get into my Walmart card, made a $228 purchase they put their name and address into my account to have the item shipped. I called the bank, filed a dispute, they DENIED it they said I AUTHORIZED IT. I do not know the person, the address is an address I do not know, I've never even been to the city that it was sent to. I was able to give bluebird the person's name and address sense they put it on my Walmart account. I gave them the person's information, I do not know the person, never made the purchase yet they do not want to refund it because it was under my account. I am a single mother of three children with disabilities and they are allowing some person I do not know to steal $228 from me and they do not care. They could press charges, but instead tell me it is my fault. Never again will I use Walmart online or use a bluebird card. I'd rather pay money to deposit money than support a company who allows theft.
Robert and Mike came to switch out the broken fridge with a new one. They were both professional, polite, and quick. Don't care much for firstkeys process, but it helps to have guys like this on the job. Thank you both.
Location on Fairview and Cole.The so called supervisor refused to honor a customer/me a re wash less than 24 hours. I had proof to show I was just there and the front of my car was filthy and did not get cleaned and I didn't notice it till I got home Sunday night. Went back today 6-6-22 Monday, to ask for a "courtesy re wash" and the guy said he couldn't do that because it was not a same day re wash! Poor poor customer service. It was obvious my car was still clean from the day before wash and when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was it, he was the supervisor. I then told him I was going to give him a "great" review for not honoring a courtesy re wash and then he tried to get me to re wash. Don't go there they don't care about their customers! Not to mention I had my proof I was just there Sunday the day before! Poor poor customer service!
If you lose your card or cancel it and need to access the money, unless you know someone else with a card with their name on it, you're kinda stuck waiting. I love that you can load it easily though
I heard about this site on T. V. So I went online and ordered a card, the sign-up was easy, and the card was receive in the mail quickly. Activation of the card was smooth, with no problems, hassle free. I re-load the card when I shop at Walmart!
In 2016, I wanted a better card to have my tax return to be deposited on. The sign-up process was easy and I got my card within a week. This prepaid debit card doesn't charge a monthly fee, and if so I think it's a $1.00. I have nothing bad to say about this card because I still have it and I use it less now. I have a Capital One Bankcard now. I would recommend this card to anyone because it's a good card with great customer service.
