BooksRun's prices are always competitive, so I always compare them to my college bookstore first, whenever possible, for each required title. This experience, I paid for expedited shipping, and my BooksRun textbook was delivered ahead of schedule. I appreciated that a lot, because I was up against a deadline of needing to head back to campus. I've used BooksRun before over the years, and customer service is always great. Another five-star experience this time! Keep up the good work, BooksRun!

My bank will not cash my check because it was printed incorrectly. The check number is cut off and the important numbers on the bottom are printed on the bottom solid line and are unreadable. I've reached out many times to have it reissued with no success.A rep did message me two weeks ago asking for my PayPal and then disappeared and is unreachable... I've cashed a check from them before and I see the difference in the printing... Not sure why I can't get my check replaced. Horrible customer service!

I've never had a problem before but this time, The book was placed into the smallest package that it could fit in causing some damage. They did make it right by me so 10/10 for customer support.

The books were better than described and shipped very promptly. If all sellers on a ebooks were like this I would continue to buy there. But two other booksellers were extremely disappointing including one who has never shipped my books and refuses to respond, as does abebooks.com. I noted which sellers treated me right and will buy from them directly or on another platform, but never again through a ebooks. But to reiterate, buying from BooksRun was an excellent experience. Buy with confidence from them.

I have purchased several books recently. All of them arrived as described or even better.
Always carefully packaged. Rely on this Seller online, or visit in Philadelphia!

I am currently a struggling college student and I purchased my textbooks for close to $200. Wanted to resell them as a way to make the money back so I decided to use Booksrun. They were offering me only $70 and I had to pay for shipping. They got the books after two weeks and offered me $0 dollars for some condition that was hidden in their terms in agreements. The kicker is that they will ship your books back for $12 out of your pocket. What a joke, do not use this website.

I didn't think I'd find an affordable copy of this book but BooksRun had it. It came three days before I projected looking for it in the mailbox, and the book itself, "A Map of Home" by Randa Jarrar, was a huge kick in the butt. (Palestinian-American writer to watch, if you are interested.) She's at the center of the current PEN America brouhaha. Right on for BooksRun for being smart enough to sell her book! I'd buy from them any day.

Got my book in less than a week. Arrived well packaged. Book is in used but good condition... A lot of highlighting within pages but I'm not bothered by it. Very minimal writing within pages.

I found this company online. I had a lot of books to get rid of. I downloaded the app and it was so easy! I just scanned the isbn number with my phone and it would tell me if you were buying that book and how much you would pay. I sold 9 or 10 books that fit in one box. Shipping was free. It took a little while to get my check but I finally did. This was awesome!
