Found the website really easy to navigate around and offers an outstanding range of products. There was a delay in delivery due to stock issues but this was professionally resolved and my partner loves her new lingerie ……. And so do I 💪👍💪

I purchased some outfits for my wife for an Anniversary trip we were going on. I ordered the products two and a half weeks before our trip. In todays world, that is more than enough time for shipping. The products did not come in on time, so we didn't have them for our trip. When we got home, my wife tried the panties on that were labeled small and they should have been labeled large. They were very loose and didn't fit. Overall my first and last time as a customer.

I contacted them to find out where my products were but they didn't make it in time.

These things happen. All in all happy with the transaction.
Customer service was OK too, though I did have to follow them up to find out what was happening with my order.

I did get a response from my enquiry. Would have like an update when finally shipped. All in all OK

I ordered 3 items over a month ago and just received 2 items. I emailed them to find out why the delay and was told one item was out of stock.
They finally sent me 2 items after I told them not to hold my order due to one item not being in stock. The shoes were to small, the dress was to big, I will keep them and try to resell myself as it's not worth the hassle to ship it back overseas. They do need to inform customers that the company is in a far away country and shipping takes very long before people purchase.

Items came up very small, and as there was no picture very difficult to work out how you put it on

I ordered 2 dresses, one for my sister and one for me. Dresses that fit us well. Average quality but it was still good enough for us. I was apprehensive given the comments but in the end I have nothing to complain about.

The dress I ordered did not turn up.even after a month although company were quick to refund. Would not buy again

The quality feels very cheap and the sizing isn't correct. I liked two items out of my purchase and didn't receive one item yet. Most likely will return.

The product arrived in perfect condition. The size was true, my wife loved it!

I was skeptical because shopping online is gambling with your money these days. But the dress was actually better than the picture. Qaulity Excellent. I gota lot of compliments. I will definitely be making more purchases. The dress didnt come exactly when it said when i ordered, but not extremely late. So the qaullity out weighed that little bump in the road.

To Short for me. Only went just past my waist and not to top of my legs as shown in picture. Sadly I will not be wearing it...

Very satisfied with quality of the product and delivery time. Beautiful underwear and high quality material. Worth to buy. Looking forward to order again.

I was disappointed this time and have been usually very pleased with the products in past. 1 product of the 4 I purchased was very poor quality. Not useable. Sizing was very small. Basically it was a piece of lacy fabric not the top I had expected.

Dress came on time, fit true to size, and was very close to advertisement. Was absolutely perfect for the occasion and everyone loved it!

I placed my order several weeks ago, I have received an email from Boutiquefeel asking if I have received my order, which is disturbing as you would think the company you are ordering from should know if you've had your order or not especially as I have already paid! I'm still waiting to hear when my order will arrive please advise when I will receive my order,

The product sizing was a bit weird, it was loose around the top and tight around the stomach. It also wasn't quite like the picture, the fluffy trim was like the feather scarves from the dollar stores. It made it quite itchy and uncomfortable, so you can't really wear it long without it becoming unbearable

Browsing the site was not an issue, however, after placing my order, I never received a confirmation code. I had to keep going back to the website to check on my status, which by the way was very annoying to see that my product sat in China for over 10 days. I never received my outfits on time for my trip and I ordered it a month prior to. I even paid extra for shipping!

Looks good, but because they are not flexible, they don't cover the areas that need it.
