BTCdirect is a fraud and their customer service is very poor. They will continue to encourage you to deposit more money, but it is almost impossible to withdraw it from the platform. And when you have problems with withdrawal of funds and you contact support, they will provide you with sluggish assistance and ultimately make the problem worse. These guys almost frustrated me.
