Working on site was easy, making my pic the size I needed was perfect. I asked customer service if they would pick up shipping fee of $10.00 and they said no. Even though this was the third pic I had purchased at iver $40.00 each. Then after I completed transaction I get an e-mail giving me free shipping on my next order over $25.00! I feel some exceptions can be made for returning customers. I will use other companies from now on. 😠
So I thought I was ordering from an honest company. I see now I was lied to about the time and date of shipping location. Poor communication. They didn't notify me that the pictures would be coming from somewhere else. Pictures were said to be delivered on the 17th, which is today. Now they're saying the item is delayed but won't give me a tracking number or even allow me to know a day they'll come. At this point, I want to reach out to my bank because now I feel like I'm being scammed. I still haven't heard back from customer service regarding my order.
I have ordered canvas prints in the past from places like Office Max and have been left feeling underwhelmed by the final result. I recently had finished a photo project and wanted to take one of the images and display it. This image required a large canvas and I went with the 40 ×60.
The process to submit, finalize and order were easy. The print arrived 2 days earlier then expected and arrived undamaged. I was blown away by the picture quality and satisfied with the final result. This was a color print and nothing was lost in the canvas, again very impressed with the result.
I do plan on ordering a few more but these will be B&W images, so I will post a review on how those turn out. Overall, good price point, excellent quality and easy website to navigate, 5 stars.

Be careful and do not order from this vendor. Canvas Champ appears to be either a very poorly run company or a complete scam. They lose orders (I'm not talking in the mail, but at their facility). Customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to give refunds. I had to go the hard route to get a $74 order refunded for something they never even shipped. I didn't even start contacting the company until after the order was supposed to have been delivered, only to have both reps that I talked to not even know where the order was.
Horrible experiance, and there are too many other custom printing sites out there to worry about using this one.
Also, after some research, it appears most of their testimonals and reviews that they have on their website are fake or paid for (not sure about here.)

I knew my pillow would be small, but I didn't think it would be as small as it was. It was a cut out of my granddaughters new puppy. It was pretty sad looking, so I gave it to the dog as a dog toy and purchased a different pillow from another company. Maybe some suggestions on the website would help. FYI - if the dog is sitting and will have one leg "cut out", it will look like it has a pencil for a leg! Also, instead of shipping it "flat", it came folded over in a ball and was hard to smooth out.

I ordered photo books for each of my 7 grandchildren to go with their Christmas gifts. I paid $63 in shipping to get them delivered by Dec 22. I paid more in shipping than I did for all 7 books. When they did not arrive on the date promised I checked for tracking only to realize they had not even shipped! They finally arrived Jan 2 a week and a half too late. All of my grandchildren had gone home and I now have to pay more to mail them to each child. The books were wonderful quality they just dropped the ball on getting the order out when promised on the website when I completed my order. I called and they are supposedly refunding me $53 even though I paid $63 in shipping. If I had not of chosen the 2nd day shipping option, my shipping would have been free… make it make sense.

I made a simple mistake at checkout and no one would help fix it. If you make any mistakes ordering product online, like too many or too little, or wrong promo code, this company will not help you.
While contacting customer service I was talking with Melvin who was extremely rude. He told me, and I quote "No one will help you."
I called the company, and they said to email for a response. So I did. The response I got was "We applied the promo code that you selected. Everything is fixed." No, it is NOT fixed, that was the error.
So I called again, I was lied to and told that I didn't receive the promo cause of the handle on the mug I selected and then was told I would get an updated email. I waited a day, nothing. So I checked by selecting a new purchase of the same product and the promo code was there, confirming I was lied to.
I submitted a ticket about my order, again nothing.
While I can't say this company is fraud as it still delivers a product, but they are out to take advantage of any mistakes their customers make.
Any other place would be better than this.
I'd also like to point out that their website showcases an abundance of good reviews, but does not allow you to actually leave one. The button to the 4.4 star review is blurry and to me looks fake. The page it opens doesn't look like an actual google review page and the info on it looks fabricated as it just says "partnered with google". This was one of the only places I could find to review and warn others about this company.

I forgot to add that one of the mugs is blurry, they print darker than the original image and they crop the image a few mm inwards, so things got cut off for me.

Package arrived damaged, and the canvas was torn off with wood frame exposed on one side. The second picture was fuzzy due to it being blown up so large. I would have appreciated it if I had been notified that the picture I chose did not have enough pixels to make it that large. Also, the picture we chose was copied from All Posters, and across the front of the print I received, it says "All Posters". Not happy about that, but like the subject matter of the print.

Make sure the picture you are putting on canvas has enough pixels that it will not be fuzzy. Also make sure there is no unwanted printing on the picture you want to put on canvas.

I ordered and paid for an image on metal, shown and advertised to have spacers and way of hanging. All I received was a slightly ragged edge metal photo with some scrapes at the top and no means for it to be hung. So disappointed.

I decided to try ordering from here again, because the first time I ordered it had to be redone because of a big scratch and damage from shipping.
Thought I would give them another try, and this new one came in today and after opening there was a scratch mid Centre, white marks around the edges and the back post was cut 1/4 in short and just wobbling around.
Unfortunately this was for a Christmas gift which I cannot give now and have put in a request for a refund or a reprint.
I am awaiting a response, and I am sure they will do one of the two no problem, but I am very hesitant to try ordering again.
The packaging was good, all this was done prepackaging which makes me wonder do they even review before they actually package it up and send it? If not I suggest that they step up their quality control before they ship things out.
I understand that their prices are good no question, but you cannot ship stuff like this - for any price.
If you decide to order from them make sure that you request on ordering that they have a close look at your product before they ship it to make sure nothing like this is sent to you.

I made this print as a guestbook/baby shower keepsake. People put their finger prints on in green ink to make the leaves of the tree and then signed their names. The mama to be loved the idea and will hang it in the baby's room.

The canvases they sent me were trash. The canvas and wood was damaged. There were wrinkles. The wood showed through. They were just awful. I spent hours trying to get my money back, and all I got was the run around. There is no way to get a refund. I contacted Canvas Champ by Chat. They said there was nothing they could do without the order members. I tried again with the order numbers and they said they needed pictures. I sent the pictures of the wrinkles. Damage, bad corners, uneven edges, and wood showing through canvas. They said they needed pictures of the backs, too. I contacted them again and sent those. Then they wanted more pictures. I contacted them again and send more pictures. Then they said there was nothing they could do because I had not sent pictures of the tracking labels. So I had to start all over with the order numbers, pictures front and back, more pictures, and pictures of the tracking labels. They said the canvases must be taken outdoors in full sun where these flaws would not be so obvious. Who hangs pictures outdoors? I planned to hang the canvases indoors, not outdoors, so I tried by email. I emailed and was told to send all of the above again. I had to send the pictures individually. I took about 3 hours. Then I never heard back...

I ordered 3 pairs of socks with a face on each pair. I received one pair that was perfect. The other. 2 had 2 faces on it not one face. I informed them and I sent a picture of the mistakes. They were to fix the mistakes and send me the correct socks. I received them today and they are totally wrong and they looks even worse. The faces are huge and cut off Both photos are on the same sock again. Only only person should be on the sock.

Stay away from this website! I should have ordered from Google Photos or FreePrints, but liked that CanvasChamp offered smaller prints (3x5 is what I believe I ordered). They were fairly inexpensive, so I ordered several dozen photos.
Firstly, the packaging was so strange. I had to sign for my package (they're photos not a diamond ring!) and it came with about 16 layers of film on it. No box or anything, just film. Because there was no box, my photos came bent. So those 16 layers didn't protect my photos from damage.
After I spent an hour trying to get all the film off, I opened my photos and saw that all 35 of them had a red border around them. At least half an inch thick. Uhhhh...I don't think I asked for my photos to come with a red border? Now they're all super ugly, and I have to spend another hour cutting the border off all of them.
So yeah. I'll never be using this company ever again. Go with Google Photos or another trusted printing source.
