I first contacted her in a very difficult period of my life, when I couldn't find a job. I purchased a 5 session package from her (with a validity period of 3 months). We only managed to do the first session when I received the news that I lost my mother. I was so devastated that I couldn't do any more sessions. The package expired and I only ever got 1/5 of its worth. When I finally decided to ask her for a refund, she ignored my messages, so I had to get to her through an intermediary. Even then all she told me was that "she is a business and not a charity".
Regarding the service she offers, I cannot tell too much, since I only ever did one session with her. But I think what I wrote paints a pretty clear picture of who she is as a person.
Tip for consumers:
From my own experience I would advise against purchasing any sessions. The prices are fairly high and you will not get your money back if something happens. As for the service, it's nothing that would justify the prices.
