Centurylink deserves to go out of business. Regrettably, it provides the only online resource for me in my area. Wait times, (if you get through at all), exceed 2- hours. And then, if you're lucky to get answered, the CSR cannot help you due to his/her ignorance as well as facing abrupt disconnect. If you're lucky to get a CSR, almost always your call is handed off to another for an additional 2- hour wait. Understanding their spoken language is almost always difficult.
This is not a casual observation. I have been "diss-served" by this company for nearly 7- months not. Never have I received the 15Gbm download promised. If you have an alternative internet provider, by all means, stay away from Centurylink! It will add a year to your life!
