“Charmfro will steal your money!”

DON'T ORDER FROM CHARMFRO! First they sent the package with an incomplete address and it took weeks before I was able to get the dress. Then it was WAY to small and was made of cheap, shabby looking fabric. Also the color was very dingy, unlike their picture and had long sleeves instead of half sleeves. I have emailed customer service 3 with a return request and they won't respond. They shut down their website and changed it to Charmfros and now I have no account. How convenient for them. I wish I had read reviews before I wasted my money here.
