Ordered 2 bodysuits 3/10/21. After no updates, reached out via IG 3/29/21. They claimed they sent an email that there wasn't enough fabric for one of the bodysuits, but I did not see this email in my inbox, spam, nor trash. I said I'd be okay if they used the fabric they offered instead but asked that they make sure to send an email with all this info. After 30 mins of receiving no response on DM nor the requested email, I said I'd just like the one bodysuit they did have fabric for. Still no response for days. I commented on a post, emailed, DM'ed: no response. This was when I realized that I could not trust this company to do what they promised. Finally, after about a week, they uploaded another post, and I saw that there were several people in the same boat, trying to reach them. I commented as well, and this was finally when I got a response. They did refund me the money, thankfully. They have really cute products, but they really need to work on their customer service.
Tip for consumers:
Do not expect prompt communication nor service if your order experiences any issues.
