We bought a dressing table/vanity unit. Te first couriers really messed up the delivery but Customer Setvices sorted it very quickly and a new parcel was despatched via another courier. The Vanity Unit is lovely - quality excellent (really wood in places) and the instructions were so easy to follow. Highly recommend Costway would definitely look to buy from them again
Unfortunately, the children's kitchen unit did not meet my expectations. The size turned out to be too large for our space, and I decided to return it after a few days, only to realize it had been over 30 days since the purchase. Despite this, I was willing to accept a store credit to use the funds towards another item, but customer service agent I was in touch with disappeared. I was in touch with a customer service agent named Maja and they were not at all understanding of my circumstances. This agent is now no longer replying to any of emails and has disappeared. I used to praise this company to friends and families. It's really unfortunate because I've always liked shopping here but I guess this has now left a very negative outlook overall.

The loungers arrived in 2 separate deliveries, on 2 different days.
Not really sure why, but it meant that my client had to wait an extra day.
Details of the loungers were given to me by my client, whom, i assume, found on line.

Easy to.order the printer table, turned up within the week.
Easy to follow assembly instruction, and table so far seems sturdy, and looks good. No issue with the castors or moving it.

Really happy with he options and value. Had just wha I was looking for. I made an order that needed changing. I emailed and it was cancelled and refunded straight away. The desired item was delivered promptly and with no issue. The product itself was a good price and the quality is great. The instructions made assembly relatively easy. The cat is happy too!

After looking at lots of mirrored jewellery cabinets online this had the most usable storage. I wasn't sure what to expect having not ordered from them before but was impressed with the speedy free delivery, the price and the quality of the product. Would definitely order from Costway again.

No delivery options & no information on how long delivery will take. Unable to login to my account as it won't accept the password & option to reset password does not work. Customer service less than helpful, asked me to send a video! Then didn't reply to emails. Shame as we are really happy with the product but we will not be able to shop with you again as we are unable to log into our account.

Checkout process was straightforward, the item was exactly as described and what I wanted, and the delivery was quick and smooth. Honestly, if you're on the shorter side, buy the outdoor rocking chair, it's brilliant.
Because they had the outdoor rocking chair I wanted. Found them on Google shopping for what it's worth, the image clued me in that it might be ideal for a shorter human being, and the measurements made it simple to compare with other seating.
