I purchased Cost Way's 2 Speed Wide Mouth Fruit and Vegetable Centrifugal Electric Juicer. The picture looked ok and the inexpensive price caught my attention. Compared to my previous Breville juicer (which I had for many years), this is a piece of crap. It's confusing and difficult to assemble and disassemble. The container they provide for the juice is very small. The spout where the juice comes out is very low making it necessary to use their pathetic container which holds very little juice. It doesn't juice carrots well. Large pieces of carrots get stuck in the blades. I didn't want to spend the money to send it back. It was a complete waste of approx. 49 dollars. I will donate it to an animal organization. Maybe they will give it away to someone who has nothing. After you receive the item, Cost Way nags you (via email) to do a review on their product. They strongly encourage you to write a positive review by bribing you with a nice discount on your next purchase. This is likely why they have so many rave reviews. If you sell me a piece of garbage, I won't be bribed to lie.

I purchased this keyboard during a Black Friday sale I love it it was delivered quickly and it plays better than I thought it would It has many nice features such as record and playback, sample music, and you can change the tones from piano to organ and so on, you can also play back music to keep a tempo I will most certainly buy again from this company

My 75-year-old mother ordered a space heater with wheels for her house. The wheels wobble and it is difficult for her to move. She tried requesting a return and was told to take a video as proof of the problem. When we sign in to the website her order is not even showing up. She's 75 and doesn't want to piddle with this nonsense. Sending it back and looking into resolving through the credit card company.

You need to call the physical store location, might seem like a scam from lack of support but its just really difficult and slow because its based in china. The product is ok but if something breaks, repairing it will cost double what is costs be very slow to be of help unless you Call THE PHYSICAL STORE LOCATION! Just letting anyone else who is having trouble know.

Purchased a fiber optic christmas tree that quit working within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer service just ask the same questions o er and over. Asked me to send a video, but it was rejected from me posting to them. They literally went out of their way to be of no help at all. I'll never buy another costway product. They're cheap and don't last long.

I bought the 70L cooler one year and 20 days again. It stopped working last week without warning, just doesn't start again. Customer service says that there is only a guarantee of one year so they can't do anything for me. No replacement, no parts if something is defective. Don't buy this if you want something that will work longer than one year or if you want a guarantee that is ok. Really disappointed...

Without posting a lengthy boring review, all you have to know is this company can not be trusted. If you change your mind and want to cancel, even within thier own protocols, they will delay until delivery. Then the will bribe you to keep it... unbelievable. And don't use PayPal to process it becasue you have no recourse. Youe use credit card instead.

The site says they will send an immediate email with this information... yet they do not... who does that? Why? At least send an email indicating the order number and inform that the tracking number will be provided at a later date... then I call... just to be informed they have up to 48 hours just to send this information... its been 46 hours and still no email... really? The product said it would arrive by x date which is why I even ordered from the company in the first place... then after I place the order, they say "congratulations! This may take 3-5 Business days to arrive" which is not what it said when I ordered... horrible.
