The blouse I ordered for great and was very comfortable, BUT the screen printing bled in some spots. When I asked about returning it for refund, I ended up 'bartering' for a few rounds of emails before finally deciding to keep it (no other size available plus returns would've been expensive). I was reimbursed $12. All in all, fee is very expensive to return even if damaged, but customer service was efficient and helpful.

This business is not what it seems. The item I bought needed to be returned which would have cost me a significant amount. My emails to customer services originally bounced back to me but were then, a few days later, answered. When answered I was offered the option to keep the item and also offered a small sum of money as compensation. This aroused my suspicions. Trust pilot reviews repeatedly describe this same tactic and many reviews also state that there is often no compensation given once items are returned

I wouldn't order from this company again. Dealing with them is fine, they are very nice and answer promptly. However, their clothes seem to run smaller than other brands I've bought online and they don't have a decent return policy. The pants I ordered didn't fit so they gave me a $15 refund on a $100 purchase. My first and last purchase from them turned into a disappointing experience.

The pants looked nice and I thought I would try. The material wasn't very soft and the pants just didn't fit.
REVISED: I can't review what I never recieved. None of my emails have been answered. But they have my money.
I like that there so much information available along with reviews. Hopefully the sizing will be right. If so, I've found a new favorite site!
Wish the company would have sent another pair as requested since their size chart was wrong…however I received a generated email. Not great customer service if you can't reach a rep.

Not one item was true to size. Sent multiple emails to get a return address but after weeks still not one response contained a return address i was offered a percentage refund to my credit card and told to keep the articles of clothing that i did not want and did not fit. After weeks of back and forth and realizing a return address was never coming a took a partial refund and threw the clothing in the garbage. Total waste of money. I do Not recommend or trust this company.

I was so excited to find your website, actually placed 2 orders on the same day. Sadly the second order never showed up, I was so disappointed, but more disappointed when I wrote 4 emails that went unanswered. The money was taken from my bank, so NOW I have had to open a case with them! Wish your customer service cared about a missing orders and your customers issues as much as sending surveys

The items I ordered were delivered in a timely fashion. The Peacock shirt is very cute! The shirt and pants would of been really cute also but the pants weren't cotton like the shirt but a satin material, which will be hotter and quite bulky. The picture also showed a cotton pant. I ordered for travel and the material needs to be ironed and that just doesn't work for me. I will not be ordering from company again, which is to bad because I think they have cute and unique clothes

Not fussy about the high nylon-like content of the fabric. No sleeves and too hot. Doesn't breathe. Coffee shirt pattern deceiving. None of them as nice in real life. Makes online shopping a disappointing experience for me.

Items didn't fit. Sent email requesting return instructions/info same day I received the items. Received an email 2 days later asking me to keep the four items I purchased, I paid $132.00 for them, and they would give me a refund of $30.00. My reply was no I want a full refund. Then received another email asking if I would take $60.00 as a refund and keep the items. Still no instructions on how to return. Finally got the instructions. Mailed items out just waiting for the refund now.

This was my first time shopping with CurveDream. Ordering was easy and efficient. Sizes were slightly larger than expected, but not so much as to order the next size down. I was impressed by the material of each purchase. I did not review one of my purchases because I have not worn it yet since the weather has now turned cold, but it appears to be of quality material and modern design.
I chose CurveDream for the fair pricing and attractive styles.
I chose the products I did because I was looking for a multi colored sweater that wasn't to heavy in weight and versatile with many colors. The other product was a dress. I chose that because I liked that it wasn't clingy, yet it was still stylish.
I did not receive the glitter shirt that I had ordered. Instead they sent me a substitute that I was not happy with. The rest of my order was very nice and I liked the two other shirts very much. I wrote a previous letter advising of this situation and have had not response. I would greatly appreciate your looking into this matter as the glitter shirt that I ordered was the one I wanted most. Your reply will be greatly appreciated.

Product is from China and very bad quality. Website is beautiful but the product is terrible. One blouse was really rough and felt like paper with painted daisys on it. Stiff.
Dress sent with the sleeves not finished in the wrong size.
Warning you have to pay to return everything at your cost. Not a good company. Beware!
Tip for consumers:
It is costly to return. My advice is to put a dispute into your charge card or Paypal right away.

I am more than pleased with the product but disappointed in the length of time it took to deliver.
I am always nervous to order on line as the sizes always seem so small. I was very happy that this fit true to size. The material feels comfortable to wear and the shape is really nice. It fits well. I am a size 18 and always find it difficult to purchase clothes on line. I ordered one outfit to see how it would size. I will definitely be ordering other outfits now that I have seen the quality and fit of the clothes.
I thought I would try an outfit and see what they would be like. Ordering on-line can be disappointing due to size and quality issues. This was a very pleasant experience and I am going to order more outfits.

Great items for the price, some items better quality than others, but for what you paid for them I would stay in most cases worth it. Returns ok, a little inconvenient, but not horrible. We will see if I get a timely refund, don't know yet

I was preparing to go on vacation and I realized I had ordered the items too small. I called on a weekend not expecting to get a humane, but I did. They made the adjustment over the phone for me. I need to return a couple of items and I am sure they will help me with this. The clothes are good quality and very good cost. I will order from them again. Looked more like a sweater in the pic. Still loved it tho its more like an insulated shirt. In Montana we wear a lot of those, just so unique I don't want to cover it up with another layer. Should have ordered a size larger... little tight in the arms even tho I only weigh 122 lbs.
Iiked the look of it
Shopping experience was okay. I used the Tracking service and it was frustrating. For several days it didn't move, kept saying it was waiting for USPS to pick it up. I was ready to cancel, when it suddenly arrived. Also I didn't like the material, easily wrinkles and hard to iron. Maybe that was my fault if I missed what material was. I will keep it to mostly wear around the house as it is comfortable and fits.
