Really horrible customer service. Please avoid. I paid for a bouquet, a bottle of wine and a card to be sent to my mum on mother's day. What happened? No delivery, no communication and no REFUND! This is so unacceptable. What's worse is even via phone call they are unreachable. I even sent them a direct email as well as an Instagram post. Still no reply. I am very VERY disappointed.
Poor customer service. I ordered flowers to be delivered for a birthday, which means they need to be delivered on time. Unfortunately the flowers were delivered too late. Below the reply from their customer service, which basically says: we deliver on the day you order, but maybe also not. We don't control and we don't care.
I will not order from them ever again.

Further to the tracking of the Swiss Post the delivery has been done on 17.05.
As on the condition the Swiss Post guarantees a delivery on the required date to 95 %, otherwise a delivery on the next day is not considered as a delay.
The delivery has been done, as the Swiss Post has checked if the contents has not been effected.

My order was never delivered.it was claimed the adress was wrong but it wasnt a case.no attempts were made to contact to me.I have tried to call multiple times but no response.
