So I ask what the minimum amount of tokens can be purchased.I was told $20 so I handed her $20 she said it was $27.50 card fee,activation fee & tax.the food also sux.raw burger.over priced slow service.don't waste your time,money or gas to visit this establishment.pay $2 for 50 cent arcade game.

I wish they could take a customer service class before working at Family - Friendly Stablishment
Danny Huerta is the worst manager that they have employees at the Lawrenceville location. Please be careful with that $#*!. He will call the cops on you, and dont even care that you just trying to spend quality time with kids. What goes around comes back around Danny. ( Karma)

First time here I had an awesome time Jimmy by the bar was amazing recommended very great drinks and then Frank by the tickets was also very helpful he helped me pick out a prize worth my tickets I'd recommend going here they're so helpful & kind!

Unprofessional had to go find my service just to have food and drinks then the service I did receive was unprofessional, very rude. No one came to check back with us. Had to keep walking to the bar just to get service. For me to be a small busines Owner and also live in the community this establishment is unacceptable tonight and if there's any changes with the problems I had hopeful also the pool games is 12 bucks rip off

Service was poor. Server had to be asked multiple times for a Diet Coke my son wanted. Also Server was hard to understand. I found out why the drink prices aren't posted on the menu. 15.25 for a 6oz Chardonnay!
Total bill was $230.00 for 7 people and 6 drinks. PS never got a sweet tea that was ordered. Overpriced! Will not be back.

My family and I go monthly to Dave and busters. We love it there. This last time was terrible in the restaurant area. Sodas were completely flat, waitress didn't take orders correctly and brought out a cheeseburger instead of a pizza. Other waiters kept bringing us other people's food. Just seemed very unorganized. Our waitress seemed to ignore our table as we needed napkins, and silverware. It was hard to get her attention. I understand they may have been short staffed but they were standing around talking to each other and looking around. We may not go back to eat to be honest. We also had to wait 42 minutes for a kids pizza to come out as my husband and I ate while my child was hungry since she took the wrong order. Never even apologized for the mistake.

We had a server named Paulina she was amazing helpful friendly interesting I really enjoyed having her wait on us Good Job

Most of games I played were rigged because all the games life win your own ticket game scammed me the claw games keep releasing the tickets the monopoly game ever time I roll the dice it always lands on the smallest number. At this point, Dave & Buster's has gamboling standards in how much luck is needed in these games.I wasted 20$ cause I tried to get tickets and I got guess what I got 0 tickets

Games were fun but the service is awful. Just a night out for a family of 4. Waitress did not put our drink order in until after she was reminded we were waiting for them (she was trying to get our food order before the drinks came). Crappy service, crappy tip (10%). Plus a crappy review.

The staff was helpful regarding cards/games.

Tan was very helpful with getting the food on time, and tan showed a lot of respect to me. He was very helpful.

Wonderful to buy foods $10 on everyone. Plus the game comes with it. My brother used to work here.

Thank you for joining us for your birthday. Please sign this contract to keep this table for two hours. Waitress, you will need to order all food before we can serve drinks or give you play cards...45 minutes later, water arrives...1 hour later food arrives, no drinks yet, ordered an hour ago. Cards make it there just before food. Drinks come but missing several as they are our of just about everything! Ok, just bring us what you actually have... Our service provider was awesome, completely deprived of a good management process, poor bartender, one person handling all bar orders!

Games are fun and definitely affordable. Lots of screens to watch games and a great potential. Unfortunately, they are not ready to perform yet. I would wait until they get it together.

It's was good and really fun games and Mrs Kelly was very sweet and funny also I love how we can't lose tickets at the jackpots

So we got 10 grandchildren. I've carried them many times to Winston Salem Location. Spending $300 plus each previous visit with them. Not to mention times me and my wife have gone just to eat or watch ball games have few drinks.
Well I just got laid off this week by my company closing terminating everyone. But no big deal I'll get another job. But 5 of the grandkids wanted to spend the night.
So I thought I'd look being Black Friday see if Dave & busters had a deal going. We'll I googled it popped up 50% off 1st time game play buy with Apple Pay and 30% off other all other purchases with any other payment all this for Black Friday 2032

So when get there the guy said they don't participate but he'd get manager, then next lady same thing, third lady said I wasn't first but they not part of the deal. Then I pulled Groupon showed another deal that went to their website. Lady said that's our website but as I stepped away to look. There were no deals to help with last night game play. So I was hooked not to disappoint kids. I'm gonna buy something for them. So I step back up to desk. Yes other people are there now too, but the original guy standing there not talking to anyone or vice versa. Two ladies that work there standing behind him. So I ask him hey if I buy 750 token package can it be split. He rolls his eyes at me rudely says I'm waiting on them now. Dude I was about ready to jerk his $#*! accross the counter but control my temp. Asked other lady who could help because no way in hell is he gonna wait on me. I told her how he acted and if I had time I'd gone to another location but only reason still there was the children.
She apologized for him and asked me not to be like that when I said I'd never be back that location again after getting this kinda of treatment after all the visits there. I endded spending $150 plus dollars on game play. Tipped the waitress they sold it. I'm always a 30% plus tipper
But we went to bad daddy's and ate dinner droppe $200 there that would've been spent at Dave and Busters but I'll never go back to Winston location

If I go back yo D & B at all. 1st they should be sure to honor any advertisements. But ok st least have compassion for those suckered into your location dire to them. Then when your repeat customer you'd think you wouldn't be snobbery by $#*!s. Oh yeah they had a sheriff keep tabs on me while theee and didn't even show my $#*!. I imagined they knew I felt like jerking that sob over the counter!

I thought it would be fun to do my husband's surprise 40th bday somewhere fun. I started planning over a month in advance. I had 3 sales people that emailed me through the process. One gave me a quote. One had me sign a contract. The last said she was my liaison.
I made all my plans with them but I called the restaurant directly on Friday before the event just to triple check that everything was set as far as the balloon delivery, hostess station, my daughters coming early to set up, ect. I believe I spoke with Alexis who assured me that everything was a go and we would have the boardroom on Saturday. We went over the fact that my 17 year old daughter would be there early to set up and that the staff knew this was a surprise party.

My daughter and her friends get there at the same time as my in-laws and start setting up. The manager came in (again, I believe this was the same Alexis I had spoken with), asked who was in charge. My daughter told her that she was there to set up. Alexis proceeds to go over the contract agreement with her including the total price and balance due while standing in front of these other people. My daughter reminded her that I would be coming with the guest of honor and would take care of the agreed balance.

The guests start to arrive and several of them remind the hostess counter that this is a surprise party and that maybe yelling out "the birthday group" wasn't the greatest idea. My daughter then goes out to the hostess counter once I tell her we are pulling in, and reminds them that her dad and I would be coming in asking for the Dell reservation and that it was his surprise party.
We get up to the counter, I give her the name and the girl goes, "Oh, you here for the birthday party?" I play dumb, give her a look and say, "No- dinner reservation". She replies back, "We don't do reservations- you must be here for the party."
We get into the room and my husband pretends... whatever.

I hadn't realized that we were limited to just 2 soda selections for the night. There was initially no coffee, then we had one pot. I was told that if anyone wanted tea, to find our waitress. There wasn't enough brisket for half the guests (everyone had only taken one or two slices). There was nothing to cut the cake with or put it on ( I eventually just asked for to-go containers) and we used a butter knife.

But to top off everything, the facility was in no way enforcing or even encouraging the mask mandate. Nor were they practicing any sanitary procedures. Hand sanitizer was nowhere to be seen. I never once saw anyone wiping down equipment, and even the bathrooms were a mess. I had several guests leave directly after eating for just this reason without even playing a single game. They were very uncomfortable with that many people and no precautions.

The lack of professionalism, safety and quality of service was a serious disappointment.

The lady at the prize redemption counter seemed kinda rude, I think her name is Chana. Albany NY location!

Such a cool place to visit and enjoy the meal and special features around you come on fast and try it

It was ok when we walked in they noticed us right away but the service was not good and the music was to loud we thought about leaving but we stayed and most of the games worked and it was kinda pricey it was 68 dollars for 4 people to eat

Tan was a good sever and really nice and really quick with the food, he showed a lot of respect. Tan was fast with the food.
