I have had the same run it with this company as some of the reviews I read, I ordered a set of exhaust dumps in aug 2021 at first they would respond to me about my concerns saying the parts were back ordered, I paid 700$ to this company and now no one responds to messages we are sitting in Feb 2022 and I'm out of my cash bad business, do not deal with this company it's a joke.

I bout a $1400 set of headlights and they can't be bothered to get back to me? Bull$#*!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Negative 500*

Luckily only spent $150 on two mufflers, but aside from that, the inventory is NOT accurate. Whoever I was talking to via email was telling me "2-3 week delay due to Covid-19 outbreak" which I assume is an excuse they like to use a lot. A month later, I asked for a refund, and suddenly, no response after that! Coincidence? Save yourself the time and money, and just refrain from ordering or even viewing their site. I feel bad for the people who got ripped off for like $800+ parts for their vehicles. If I could give lower than 1 star, I definitely would.

Made an order and got it quick. Other places have very long lead times where these guys were a lot faster.

Ordered some ignition parts for my car, they took the money off my card, AND THATS THE LAST I HEARD FROM THEM. Made several attempts to contact them over the last couple of months, but nothing. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. You will not get your product. They're just a bunch of thieves.

I ordered an intake back in may of 2021 and emailed about it a month later they said they were going to look into it and it might be on back order and have since sent multiple emails asking what is going on with the order and haven't even gotten an answer back from them 9 months after ordering the item I wouldn't suggest ordering from this company at all

Ordered seats back in April 2021 and i have yet to still receive anything. They dont respond to anything and cant get an update at all on my order. Do not order from here. Looks like a lot of people are also dealing with the same problem. Would somehow like to get my money back.

I ordered I lift kit from them September 2021 was told it might be delayed, the item never came in and they are horrible to get in contact with, often being rude saying they hate dealing with me. My lift was $1200 and now It seems I'm out that money. I'm going to take legal action against this horrible company and hopefully get my money back. I encourage anyone else that got scammed to do the same thing, and get this company shut down.

I ordered an NRG steering wheel in March 2021. They keep telling me there is a shipping delay and they are unsure when they are getting them in. They are extremely rude, have called me $#*!ed and stupid on several occasions. They are currently ignoring my emails and I feel defeated, I want either a substitute steering wheel or my money back yet they refuse to do either.

200$ down the drain. Read the reveiws before you buy. Every single reveiw is the exact same story. Company got there money customer didnt receive what they ordered or like me and didnt receive anything.

Ordered parts expecting a delay due to economic difficulties in world. Was able to get the parts I wanted from somewhere else. Canceled my order numerous times and tried to get a refund. Still no refund issued.

Ordered a set of Harnesses over a year ago, tried and tried to work with this company and then they completely stopped answering me. A year later and I'm out $500 with no signs of getting it back. Save yourself the headache.

I ordered a pair of bucket seats for a car way back in September 2021. The business owner said that there might be a delay in getting them as things are back-ordered due to the pandemic. I Facebook, email, and Instagram them with no answer. I asked for a refund and I was told that there is a no refund policy.

I made my order back in august 2021, on the website it said the exhaust was in stock and would ship in 7-10 business days. I ended up getting an email finally with a item tracker stating estimated shipping was september 30th... i finally got a hold of the owner at the end of october. He informed me that because of "covid" the manufacturer didn't have stock on the exhaust piping? And was told my order should be shipped out mid to late january. Its now gonna be the second week of march and the only email i got was that their distributor was waiting for stock. It is a simple bolt on muffler it shouldn't take 8 months to get it.

I ordered something on their website almost a year ago and never got them and any attemps to contact them has lead to nothing they even blocked me on Instagram and facebook

Ordered a muffler in October 2021. It's now March 2022 and we have not received the muffler. They will not answer any emails or facebook messages to update us on the status of the order nor is there a phone number to call and talk to anyone. Complete scam this company is.

Got a store credit, emailed them on how to use it as to not charge my credit card online again and be out another almost $600. Wtf? Communication would be nice. Thinking about publishing his cell number that I have thanks to some investigating. Doesn't answer but he might get the message. Thinking also about an 18 hr roadtrip to confront in person as this is ridiculous. To the owner if you read this please respond to my emails I sent via your inquiries tab on your site. Original order #2323 a pair of NRG bucket seats. I just wanna use my credit! Then you won't hear from me anymore!

I wish i could give these scam artists 0 stars. They stole my money and now ignore me. Its been a YEAR since they took my money and refuse to send what i paid for or even give me a refund

DO NOT order from this website they are a total scam, I ordered a 100 shift knob and it did not show up! It has been about 2 months since I ordered it and still nothing and I don't expect it to be showing up anytime soon.
I am just a 15 year old kid with not a big budget so this was VERY annoying!

I bought a new spark wiring harness for my 2005 dodge ram 1500 5.7 hemi after I paid for the part the site kicked me off an never gave me a order number to track it an never received the part or my money back

Awesome company! Fast shipping and answers emails fast. Ended up cancelling an order I made at TDOT and ordered here as these guys could could get it fast when the competitor claimed it was backordered due to covid. I will be making another order soon.
