I commissioned Designs Gene from San Francisco to develop a primary website called Day Trade Algorithm and lost over $100,000 on their blatant errors and lack of honest interaction. Members of the firm I interfaced with were not effectively versed in the English language which resulted in numerous misrepresentations. At length, I believe it was a deliberate tactic to defraud. (Call Designs Gene and you'll understand this statement.) I have acted on their declarations, which caused material costs that are not recoverable. Even when I attempted to resolve the issues by email, Design Gene representatives remained silent.

What Melanie B reported on May 18,2022, "Money and then hold your site hostage claiming you need to Upgrade to Lifetime hosting. Total scam." I recognized a similar tactic.

What Xavier reported on January 19,2022, "Buyer BEWARE!" Like Xavier, I demanded the return of all funds paid to Designs Gene, and to date, received nothing.

I was blindsided by their "low-ball" cost only to have it materially increased by claiming that I didn't understand.

Be as it may, I do not recommend Designs Gene for any services relating to website execution, and related activities.

Please understand that I am not disparaging foreign-born individuals attempting to earn honest money in the USA. However, I do not tolerate Designs Gene engaging in "broken English" tactics as a means to defraud.
