Just received my first order from discount golf and was very happy to get the new grips. Their pricing by far is better than any other firm on the internet, especially on ebay. Got a full set of 13 arthritic grips for just over $30 including shipping. How can you beat that? I emailed them a question and got a quick response. I regrip 3 times a year and have had recent problems getting drips from other outfits on the internet. I will be placing another order with Golf Discount very soon. Bob L

Discount Golf Company rebranded from Western Golf Shop is a poorly run business and most likely a farce. I would wager they are a small, 3rd party golf outfit of overstocked items that continues to get income from products, but never intend to deliver on all orders. Who is going to fight over "lost" or "mishandled" orders of $150 or less. My order this summer never came. Excuses through the roof by email. Phone never picked up. Not good.

I ordered five golf gloves. Didn't hear anything for a week, so I sent an e-mail and called the number I was able to find. On the phone I was told it would be shipped sometime that week. Actually it was shipped that day, BUT they sent two of the version I ordered and three of another version which normally sells for about 60% as much. No explanation at all. I'd stay away from this company. I wish I'd seen all the negative reviews before I placed my order. I'll have my credit card company reverse the charge.

Most insane company I've ever dealt with.

Ordered something months ago and kept getting told it was being sent 'soon'. Never showed up.

Called and got some insane rang from a guy about George Soros and Bionic golf.

Avoid.

Placed an order Nov. 2020. As of 4/7 /2021. Still have not received my order even though they made sure and charged my c/c. I have emailed numerous times with absolutely zero response. The bad part is they still send email flyers assuming I might make another purchase.

Ordered grips & paid for them.
Grips never shipped and tried to cancel after numerous e- mails & phone calls finally spoke to Joe who said he was never paid and started yelling & swearing so I hung up.
Called Capital One to complain, they said it was paid and cleared, but where nice enough to give me a credit.
This company is a scam or really messed up, be aware!

Ordered Grips and my credit card was charged never received the items when I spoke to Jason who is absolutly horrifically rude and demeaning. I was told the processing company never paid them and to deal with my credit card company. After dealing with Jason and his terrible attitude and the processing of my order not being fulfilled I will absolute never do business with them again. All I can say is buyer beward

Think twice before ordering from this company, it seems that order fulfillment, and shipping is an ongoing problem. Be aware that there employee Jason is absolutely horrible to deal with. Customer service leaves alot to be desired. I for one will never attempt another order with this company

I ordered 9 grips. It took just short of 4wks to receive. No communication unless I sent email (2 emails sent) asking for information on my order. Both emails seem to be form letter. 1 email replied they would sent $25 gift card for the delay. Now they requested a 5 star review for the gift card. Best I could do under the circumstances, 1*. Maybe try again with better results.

Orders are months late, or the wrong stuff, or never come. No response from dozens (!) of emails and phone calls try somewhere (anywhere) else!

Also called Western Golf Company, because there were so many bad reviews for Discount Golf Company.

Ordered GolfPride grips on January 6th and still no grips! Should have ordered from GolfWorks. All kinds of excuses as to why they haven't shipped. Created a label on Jan. 24th but USPS has not received the package.

I will not be using them again!

They will charge your method of payment and then take a long time to ship your order unlike Amazon which takes your order and waits until they actually ship to charge your method of payment. I am getting a bit unsure of this company's stability.

Stay away from this company. I've spent the last month being told geopolitical problems, supply chain problems, USPS problems, item was shipped per email but never got to USPS. After several emails and calls I was then told it was being shipped out of FL warehouse but never received. I've called my cc company to resolve and cancel the order and will contact Illinois State Attorney Generals consumer complaint department to file grievance. BBB shows an F rating for DGC. Worst company I've ever dealt with online. The manager can't remember what he states or emails so I had to tell him the date stamp of his response as he continued to tell me he had not stated the item was shipped per his email. Ugh!

Shipped I of three items ordered. After a month and a half of trying to get what I paid for ( will not answer phone) I got through by removing my caller ID. SHOWS HOW THEY DEAL WITH PROBLEMS. WAS VERBALLY SCREAMED AT BY THE OWNER ABOUT HOW BAD THIS COUNTRY WAS RUN AND HOW MUCH HE HATED HIS LIFE! REALLY...WHAT THE HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH WAHAT I ORDERED AND NEVER RECIEVED. OWNER IS INSANE...READ OTHER "ACTUAL" REVIEWS. THIS IS THE WAY THEY DO BUISNESS...WHOA WHAT A FREAK SHOW

I am really unhappy with this company. I purchased what I thought was womens golf shoes. When they came they were mens. When I asked they said they don't put the word mens. That they only put womens in the description if its womens. I asked them how I would know that. When the order comes wrong! And then I had to pay the 8.99 to send them back. Their customer service is horrible. They keep saying buy something else. I said several times that since they didn't offer that shoe in womens I didn't want anything else. They kept repeating the same thing. Idiots! Won't buy from them EVER again!

Ordered JumboMax grips on May 12,2022. Charge processed on May 13. Received an email that an item has shipped on May 17. Tracking number on USPS sat in the same status for a week before I inquired about it - on May 25, "Joe" said it would ship in 7-10 business days. On May 31, I received an email saying my "Golf Pride" grips would ship out next week - I asked about the brand, and Joe responded on June 1 that "JumboMax should ship next week". On June 17, I emailed "Unless you have a solid ship date, I'd like to cancel - I cannot wait any longer" - Joe replied again with 7-10 business days. On June 23, I said "I cannot wait any longer - please cancel and refund". Joe did not reply. On June 26, I emailed that I know he normally responds to emails within 1 day, and that I wanted a refund. June 26, he responds that "JumboMax is starting to ship" and again, 7-10 days. I replied that it was not acceptable and I wanted a refund or that I would initiate a dispute and chargeback through my bank if I didn't get a refund within 3 business days (which will not only cost him my monies, but another $30-100 in bank fees) to which he responded "Call us". No, Joe - you going to try to talk me into keeping the faith? I just called my bank to dispute the charge. The money I saved is not worth the hassle of dealing with this guy, who appears to be a drop-shipper maybe? Do what you want with this info, but my advice is to skip this company.

DONT use this site. Buy from a reputable merchant.

I ordered golf grips from this company back in June, and they charged my credit card immediately. I began inquiring about the order approximately 1 month later and was told they would be shipping soon. Company states that orders are processed in 3-5 business days and up to 10 more days to ship. I started receiving shipping confirmation emails 3 weeks ago and the tracking number is invalid. I have been waiting 3+ months for my order and still haven't received it. I finally said I wanted a refund and tried calling them. Joe answers the phone and starts ranting when I expressed my displeasure with the company and my order. Joe went on about don't listen to MSNBC, and that I haven't received emails from an employee named Sarah C. Regarding inquires about my order, I have 14 between she and I.
During this whole process I have received no less than 2 certificates for $25 off my next purchase for the inconvenience this has caused. I will not be using that discount because I will never order from this company again. Beware I'm not the only person who has had the exact same issue, learn from my mistake and take your business elsewhere.

Horrible from the get go. First, I paid for 2 day shipping for my irons, 2 weeks later- still no irons without any communication from Discount Golf. Sent numerous emails, called customer service number 3 times and left messages with NO response still.
Finally after 2.5 weeks I received an email with some lane excuse. I then tried to cancel my order- then received another surprising correspondence placing blame on Callaway and not them.
So- weeks after my initial order I immediately returned the irons with FED EX driver on the spot at delivery.
Here I am a total of 5 weeks later... NO correspondence from Discount Golf after 3 E Mail attempts. And NO refund has been issued from my initial request.
This has been by far THE WORST service from any company I've ever experienced.
Bottom line- shop elsewhere. There are numerous golf sites that are above and beyond this site. Just awful. AWFUL.

Placed an online order for 13 Lamkin replacement grips and a pair of Callaway Alignment Sticks.
Confirmation took 3-4 business days. Received 8 grips and nothing else. Had to email and call numerous times (12) to get them to send the next 5 grips. Never received the Callaway Alignment Sticks! Had the nerve about the 8th email they claimed they weren't paid! Sent pictures of my credit card statement. Had the audacity to offer me a $25.00 discount on my next purchase to leave a 5 star review. Never would I deal with these flakey shady business operators. I'm out 13 bucks and a couple hours of my life! My current rate is $75.00 an hour. Math doesn't add up. Chiselers for 13 bucks. Can't imagine how many people they scam to pay their bills.

This is email is being sent to express my disappointment with Golf Discount. I placed an order for a set of golf clubs and as of Friday, August 7th I still hadn't received them or a confirmation email that they were shipped. I called and spoke to a representative and I was told that it usually takes 48 hours to ship them and that they were being shipped from another location. I was told that they should be shipped out that Friday and I should receive an email confirming that. I also was told that they would be willing to refund me the 1 day shipping fee.

I never received the confirmation email and I called and spoke to Nick today. He then put me on hold in order to investigate it. It seems that there was some error and they don't have the brand new set that I purchased. They had a so called lightly played set and he was willing to take $50 off the price. I asked him if there was anything else he could do in order to sweeten the deal and he attempted to explain that it was going to cost them over $50 to ship them out so I was actually getting a $100 discount. So how would it be a $100 discount when I already paid over $25 for 1 day shipping? What kind of deal was that for already being inconvenienced and mislead the day before? He said he couldn't day anything else for me but ship it out Fedex ground which would take longer and give me little larger discount. Are you kidding me? Is this the best you can do? Not even offer to throw an accessory in or nothing? Longer warranty? Not a damm thing!

This is the one of the most unprofessional golf club dealers I've ever had to deal with! I want all the money refunded to the card and I will definitely be posting a negative review. Thanks for nothing!

This is my first review I've ever written, and I had to because of how awful the service was. I ordered some clubs and payed for 2 day shipping. Then I found out they would not be there in 2 days, but 5 (tracking my package) I was frustrated so I called the fedexFedex was great and said as long as I called Golf Discount staff I could have them arrange my package to be there in time. Once I called Golf Discount, they were very rude to me, and said they wouldn't deliver the package in time. NEVER ORDRING FROM THEM AGAIN. Very short tempered staff, and they have no idea how to talk to customers. Please dont order from them, there are many other places.
