Dotmalls

I purchased 2 DNA hummingbird feeders from them. (shaped like DNA helix). These feeders were a piece of crap. We put 1 together and filled it with water. It leaked It leaked. Contacted Dotmalls and was told to ship it back to China at a cost of 45 USD. The shipping I paid get get them was 12.97 USD. I just gave them away to the 1st person that would take them. I do suspect Dotmalls is part of TEMU which sell cheap crap as well. So my lesson cost me 112.97 USD. Buy American!

I bought this product from dotmalls https://dotmalls.com/products/copy-of-womens-comfort-casual-tennis-shoes?jdgm_referral_location=product&ref=judge.me on 22nd of April. I received on Friday 26nd of April.
It is quality is very poor and there is a defect in the strap. I wanted to return back the shoes and refund my money, but I received an email and told me returning to Chine is very expensive ( they want me to shipment cost) and offered me $8. This is ridiculous, all the retailer in USA pay the returning cost, they supply the returning label and you can return easily. But this company doesn't do anything like that, instead they offer you pay very little amount of money.

Company website, https://dotmalls.com/products/sheremart-coastal-love-notes, misrepresented the product I received. The website stated that the picture materials were "driftwood" and "sea glass". There is NO driftwood in the picture, merely a drawn branch. The depth of the picture states it is "1-inch", when in fact, it is a flat piece of white posterboard (see photos below). Your website clearly shows a 3-dimensional piece of art with the glass birds fixed to an actual driftwood branch.

Additionally, the pictures on the website show a picture framed and much larger than the picture I received. This constitutes FRAUD and a SCAM! Buyers beware!
