Horrible customer service.
Lied to me about hidden fees. It got to Canada and I was required to pick my products up over 2 hours away from my home. The lady who sold me the castles told me I ONLY had to pay shipping and customs. I had to pay all kinds of other fees and when I asked her about it, she replied "time is money, the faster you get your products, the more money you make"
So rude and disrespectful.
Never ever again
Made a purchase, was told a postage price then to be told AFTER I had paid that the postage would be more than twice the price I was quoted (coming to $1,700aud) so I requested an immediate refund only to be told they had no money to refund me with. I have sent requests, emails and still no money and no jumping caste. They are rude, terrible customer service to say the least and again I am still without my money and without my jumping castle. Worst business. Don't waste your time, stress or money on these people. Never again!

They appear to be legitimate and professional in the beginning. Until they have your money.
I purchased six inflatable slides last year and was very happy with the quality of the product and their customer service. Doris did a great job communicating with me throughout the entire process. Thank you her!
