I loved every tea I purchased from this shop and plan to buy again! The flavors and quality are amazing, absolutely top-notch. Shipping was pretty fast as well.
The only downside is the outdated e-commerce experience; I had to triple-check before opening my receipt because it looked like a spam email with a PDF attachment from "online store". Now that I know, I will purchase again - but I would suggest that English Tea Stores look into updating their e-commerce platform.

Fantastic teas. But, as I mentioned once before, you need to work on your shipping. The shipping box came a little compacted. In fact, it looked more like an accordion. This is not the first time and not the first time I have mentioned it in a review. Fortunately, the PG tips survived intact as did most of the cookies. Is it just me or is anyone else having similar problems?

I love your products. They give me the chance to try British foods while here in the US. You have a wide assortment of teas. These include some of my favorite teas. I can also find tea accessories. It's quick and easy to find things on the website. Ordering is easy.I love that there's free shipping when you buy more than a certain amount. Orders come quickly. One time I got the wrong item. It was easy to get that straightened out and your employees were wonderful. I am a very happy customer.

I received a flag pole instead of a teapot and tea cozy. It was quick and easy to get the problem straightened out and to get the items I'd ordered.

This Cream Earl Grey is amazing. After having similar tea at a castle in Co Springs I decided I had to get some for more frequent enjoyment. The castle gift shop was sold out so I hunted online and found the English Tea Store. I tried a sample and was thrilled that I had found a tea seemingly identical to the Cream Earl Grey I enjoyed at the castle. It is delicious and soothing and the fragrance is wonderful! Thank you so much!

My order couldn't be dispatched as the zip code was automatically changed when I entered the shipping address. My bad that I didn't check again but who would expect this to happen? I addressed customer service and they simply said they had delivered to the address given and that I had to contact the shipper. No way to get anyone on the phone/chat at UPS, only very useless AI. So I have spent $ 56 for nothing but hazzle. Very disappointing, first and last order.

We bought these as wedding favors. They are the sweetest size. I love the simple ingredients. The website was easy ordering and it shipped fast. Nothing broken. They were wrapped perfectly to keep them safe during shipping. Thank you for making my first-time shopping experience a great one.

Until you started pestering me about rating my experience with you, I hadn't a real opinion one way or the other. Now you make me want to reduce the score from average... I don't expect a lot from a web site. It shouldn't be an herculean effort to present a shopping site that requires such monitoring. If you're truly concerned, pay your programmers more and engage in more fruitful life experiences. Sheesh!

I've never ordered from this site before and was a bit scared to, but I did it anyways. I would definitely recommend this store! My order came in way sooner than I had expected (I'm not in the UK). They had left an ice pack in the box for my order, I thought that was super thoughtful and nice because I saw an option for me to pay for an ice pack, and I didn't. Overall, I say I would definitely order again!

I live in the United States and I am obsessed with Cadbury chocolate. I heard that the Cadbury Chocolate from the UK is so much better. I ordered Mini Eggs, Dairy Milk bar and caramel bar, then bought the US versions, and during a work meeting we compared. UK knocked it out of park! English Tea Store was easy to order from, great prices and the delivery was so fast I was extremely surprised.

Arrived in a timely manner. The products (PG Tips loose and bags; Brewley Irish Breakfast tea bags) are our favorites. Just a little concerned about the close sell-by date on the loose tea. It's fine and within reasonable limits; but a little close for the occasional tea drinker. We tend to use bags more often; but enjoy a nice strong loose tea on occasion. The English Tea store has always stood by their products and given satisfaction. I gladly recommend them!

When I was concerned about a particular product, they immediately replaced it. I plan on continuing to use their service.

Overall very happy with our order. Tea is definitely much more enjoyable than store bought tea bags. English candy bars are a high quality wonderful break from everything Hershey. Also found my absolute favorite cereal Alpen. Could only get one box though? Please stock more for reordering, thanks.

My order was placed and received in a very timely manner and I love the Buckingham Palace Garden Party Tea! I liked the different options of what kind (loose leaf or tea bags) and the price was right! I prefer loose leaf but because I am the only tea drinker in our home, I can't drink it fast enough, I ordered the tea bags and the taste is just as good as loose leaf. I have purchased several of these tea warmers to match my teapots! I only wish they had even more colors to select from to buy! I would love to purchase a red tea warmer! I am hoping English tea store will add even more colors of tea warmers! I would definitely recommend purchasing this item! I would recommend to buy several in different colors as they are beautiful, practical, efficient & affordable!

I like this site, I found several items I wanted to purchase...starting with the Cobalt Betty Teapot! Site is easily managed and shipping is quick. The Irish Breakfast tea I purchased is nice and strong, just how I like it. I'm certain I'll be back to purchase more at a later time. It was an uncomplicated shopping experience and I appreciate the follow-up feedback from the store.

I have been drinking Darjeeling Tea for years and suddenly a few months ago it disappeared from the grocery shelves. I searched everywhere. I couldn't believe it wasn't being produced anymore so I searched online and that's where I found English Tea Store. Not only did they have Darjeeling but two other teas that I had given up hope of ever finding again. As a bonus the quality of the tea was better and at a better price. No more grocery store tea for me.

I found this store after my partner and I traveled to the UK and got our first taste of clotted cream and single-serve teapots. Everything arrived well-packaged and earlier than anticipated, actually! This shop is communicative and has good prices on some great items. The free shipping on orders over $50 is quite a good incentive, too.
I love that there is a rotation of items, and we can't wait to try more.

We are very please with the organic English breakfast tea we ordered. It came in a huge bag, it has delicious flavor and is nice and strong. We also ordered the Indian spiced chai and unfortunately it isn't our favorite- very strong fennel flavor. The two large bags arrived separately, I wish they had arrived together in one box. We will definitely be ordering the EB again.

I bought the ETS brand and was surprised it had a black pepper taste, not sweet and spicy like every other chai I've ever had. I reported this to customer service and got NO REPLY. Very disappointed in their product and customer support.

I just started my granddaughter's hope chest with 12 Peonies & Strawberries blue bone china plates. I'm very happy with the plates.

I also ordered lavender and Scottish breakfast teas. The lavender, not very tasty and the nibs fit through the strainer so you get a mouthful in every sip. I won't be ordering lavender tea again, although the Scottish breakfast is delicious.

Your array of products is dazzling! I found exactly the teapot that I wanted, then splurged on some tea and sweeties. I haven't had time to try them all yet, but so far - delicious! Everything arrived carefully wrapped and in perfect condition
