11/5/23 ordered 2 items, but received only 1 on 12/28/23. Several emails and Better Business Bureau contacts later, I still have not received the item or a refund. BTW, Eshakti did tell the BBB that they would refund my money—as of today,2/16/24, I have received nothing. From reviews and different social media posts, it is obvious there has been a decline in the company's quality of product and service. They lost a customer.

I ordered a white non-customized blouse one month ago for a special event with expected delivery in 15-19 day. There has been no response to emails or phone calls. The money, however, was taken out of my bank account the day after my order was submitted. I will never order from this company again nor refer it to any friends. Extremely disappointed.

Ordered as my mother-of-the-bride gown (for Oct. 2022). First time ordering from eShakti... I was nervous but so glad I took the chance! I cannot believe I could personalize the styling, received gown within 2 weeks and it was PERFECT! *I did not do customized fit; I chose a size from the sizing chart and gave my height.

I have not received a response to multiple emails and voice-mails requesting an update on an order that was supposed to be delivered on 2/16/24. I've ordered items in the past without an issue but cannot get any assistance with my order. I am contacting my bank to dispute the charges. This is very frustrating. You've lost a customer. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is theft. I'm very disappointed.

I placed an order for 3 dresses, received confirmation they were to arrive no later than December 23,2023. As of today, Jan 25,2024, I still do not have my order. I've called eShakti's customer service numerous times, always have to leave a message; I've also emailed their CS numerous times. The only response I received was from "Diana" who stated they were experiencing fabric flaws - she did not give me any time frame as to when I'd receive my order. I do not recommend ordering anything from this company EVER!

I really like the quality and even customer service from eShakti. I ordered my wedding dress from them, it came about 99% of the way to fitting, so just needed a little help from our local tailor. But, I ordered a shirt from them in the fall. Not a custom size, just a standard size. It was too large so I returned it. They received the return in mid-December and now here at the end of February I have yet to receive a refund. So, while I appreciate their clothing, this is unacceptable.

I ordered 2 clothing items totaling $174.80 they never arrived and when I contacted the company they said it's because the fabric was on back order so I waited another month before I contacted them again to cancel and refund me. They said that they would - that was a long time ago, they will not return my emails or phone calls - they are thieves! Don't buy from them they steal!

I placed an order in Oct that wasn't delivered until 3 months later. It was of unacceptable quality and not made according to my specifications. I was told it would be reworked and the correct garments sent, but in mid February, I'm still waiting. EShakti has stopped communicating with me. I used to love this company but they are not going to have my business or recommendation going forward

The styles I have chosen are very basic… shift, empire, and shirtdress (straight hem). I love that the material is 100 % cotton, particularly poplin. The quality is very nice. Although, I'd like to see solid, rich tones…amber, brown, deep purple. They're customer service is very friendly and helpful, especially when I ordered 2 different sizes… I like to wear loose fitting clothes. They contacted me to make sure I wanted the 2 sizes. However, the shipping charges are a little high. Great product.

E Shakti claimed that the material for my dress did not arrive. I learned by enquiring myself a week before my special event. No refund was ever given despite assurances.

My product took three months to ship and once it was marked as shipped, it said it would be 10-14 business days. I am still waiting and it's now April (almost 4 months since I ordered) and I have still not received the product. According to tracking it has been delivered. We live in a safe area and have cameras. Nothing ever came. I have reached out via phone and email and haven't heard a word. I'm out over $70 for nothing.

I placed a multi item order back in November. When I contacted the company in January to ask about the order they said that there were fabric issues. I asked for a refund (some of the pieces were for the holidays), and while it was granted I still have no notice of the refund or the money back to how I paid. I have purchased from them for years- no more. Awful service.

My custom ordered dress fit perfectly with the new neckline, sleeves, and length I chose. When I contacted customer service about alternate fabrics available, they quickly and kindly found two other fabric choices for me. In the end, I chose the original navy fabric. It is a beautiful dress.

It's not always comfortable ordering online from an unknown vendor, but eShakti seems to be the real deal. I've heard good things from others, and my first purchase from them arrived quickly, and was of very high quality - great fabric, beautifully made, and well packaged.

This company has gone down the tubes. I ordered a dress in December and never received it and when i ask for a refund crickets. No one is replying or updating me with anything. It had been a few years since I ordered from them and I never experienced this type of horrible experience. I just Googled and see that I'm not alone. I don't know what happened but DO NOT order from this company anymore. There has been no transparency about what has happened and we the customers are being ripped off. So VERY disappointing.

The quality of this dress is WOW. The price was even more unbelievable. I have found my forever formal gown site. I'm so incredibly happy with this company. Also, the fitting was spot on.

My only grievance would be that eShakti doesn't ship to APO/FPO. That's a shame because so many spouses need formal gowns for the military balls/events.

Super quick and amazing customer service

Risky to deal with. No order. No refund. No customer service. I have basically lost my money.

In my case I placed an order. After two months, production on the order hadn't started. I requested to cancel the order and was told by email I would receive a refund. That is when the problem started. No goods. No refund. No customer service. Currently I am in fourth month since ordering and have not received a refund. I am also getting no response from the "customer champions". I have basically lost my money at this point.

A really enjoyable experience from start to finish. The customization options are a lifesaver to ensuring that the dress both has good fit and is exactly what you want, and there are so many pretty clothes to choose from! I was so excited to receive my dress, made to my measurements, and it did not disappoint. Fits well and looks awesome!

I have used eShakti for more than 10 years on a regular basis. As a plus size woman it is hard to find any clothes I like let alone quality made clothing. Being big I am hard on my clothes and have often had store bought items get holes in places I can not hide. EShakti has been great until the last year. I am waiting 3 or more months for clothes to arrive. What is the point of ordering a summer dress if it is winter when it arrives?
As an experienced client I will agree you have to be very careful about fabrics and know what works on your body. Some of the items are really cheap looking.

I don't usually fit standard dress sizes, so it has been a blessing to find eShakti and have dresses made that actually fit me! I also really appreciate the option of modifying the neckline, sleeve length and hem length. I'm in a job where I have to stand, sit on stools, squat, bend over, etc and yet still look nice, so I need that flexibility of neckline, length and sleeve length to find dresses for work. Thank you eShakti!

I placed an order for 2 dresses. I received a message from eShakti that there is a backorder on one of the fabrics. I requested to cancel the order and receive a refund.

The original delivery date was more than 2 months ago. I have now waited 1 month for a refund with NO RESPONSE from eShakti. The phone number does not work and they have NOT responded to more than 2 emails I have sent to follow up on my refund.

The customer service is deplorable. If you need anything regarding order status, they will ignore you until you get to the point where you initiate a dispute with your credit card company. Then surprise, they all of a sudden see your emails! Don't trust a merchant who can't provide minimal customer service/support. Like, where is my order? When will I receive it? How come the status of my order hasn't changed in three weeks? Am I going to get my item by the time you indicated? Hello? Anybody there? Do I need to cancel? I'm getting nervous because now I'm not even sure you're real.

In this age of online ordering, not being able to update a customer about their order status, especially when you are so behind in processing orders with poor operations that you might as well just be making dates up! Just be real and tell the customer "Hey, thanks for the money. We'll get you your stuff when we get around to it maybe, I dunno, your guess is as good as ours, can't make any promises, yeah, hope you're a risk-taker because it's like rolling dice with us and DO YOU FEEL LUCKY?!?!" or just seriously don't even bother.

I just received another beautiful dress from eShakti. I've been ordering dresses from them since about 2013. Easy to order and customize. I usually receive my order within two weeks, as everything is made to order.
