I purchased tickets through this company. And they sent a confirmation email with a link attached with the address. When clicking on the link it opened up to Google maps. The address provided was wrong. I was late for my show. When I arrived the seats reserved through e tickets had another name listed. The theater requires that you provide identification when you purchase tickets through a 3rd party vendor. They're customer service was impossible. Save yourself money and aggravation.

It's a scam. They inflate prices 100% or more. They do not show you where the seats will be, only the general section. You only see the seats after you pay, and if you buy a group of seats there is no guarantee that they will all be together. The site is designed to take advantage of you; it is full of "limited ticket" warnings, even if there is plenty of availability. Finally, there is a no refund policy so once you realize you've been scammed it's too late.

I purchased over $700 worth of tickets, realized they were double the normal price and extreme top of the stadium. I called them to see about changing seats or canceling my tickets. Canned response of sorry no returns all sales are final. Ended up purchasing better tickets half the price from a more reputable company. Now I have four Arlington Supercross tickets for sale.

I purchased 3 tickets for $119.57 from etickets.com only to find out that the same tickets were available from the venue for a total of $42.00, a ripoff of $77.57. All ticket sales are final. Of course they are. Once they've ripped you off they don't want to give any money back.

Bought tickets for a Christmas present for my mother to see wicked March 2 at 2 PM. Tickets were delivered day before the show and they changed my tickets to 8 PM and up in the very top corner of the whole place which is not what I paid for after 2 1/2 hours on the phone the best they could do is say oh well sorry here's a little bit of a refund Don't do it horrible experience

Could not get the email with our tickets, tried getting help, M.J.-(the only name she would give me) Shift supervisor, was a jerk and a joke! Do not order from them! Wasted $350 on tickets I couldn't use and they REFUSED to be any help! Had to spend another $400 buying new tickets to get into the show!

Buy direct from the The Met. They charge 2x as much for worse seats. Learned our lesson the hard way.

They're nothing but lyres that work here that is if you can get in contact with anyone. Never will I use them again.

Don't buy anything here! It's a theft I bought 2 tickets for the circus and they charged me 176 dollars On the circus website it is only 82 dollars.
And I don't even know if the tickets are real

I unwittingly bought tickets for a dance performance. I was charged several hundred dollars per ticket and later learned that if I had bought the tickets from the authorized ticket vendor, I would have paid $26. Dollars per ticket. An outrageous markup and the dance company said they are aware of it but have not been able to stop them legally.

This company sold tickets to an event, "emailed" the tickets to me, then the event was canceled, after all attendees arrived, due to the event planners flop. ETickets.com turns around and "offer" my refund MINUS delivery fees or I could take a 110% voucher to another event they'll be covering.
They "EMAILED ME" MY TICKETS! How does that equate to $65?
Don't use this site EVER.
I also purchased 2 other tickets, for the same event, from TICKETMASTER and the refunded 100% of my money back with no slick tricks of forcing a profit.

This is a scam website. The price is double than other sites and no refund after you realize that you are scammed.

This web site is way over priced. Charged over 60.00 over what ticket master. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Does not even desver a 1 rating.

Your profit was WAY over. Be honest about the ticket prices.
What they are worth and what you sell them for is way over priced.
When I saw the face value I was very disappointed. Be honest on how much they are worth and how much you are selling them for. Let the consumer know the price difference.
