Had to call for status as it just said pending for longer than anticipated. An estimated ship date would be great.

Event Stable had exactly the cushion product I was searching for. It's clear they have large catering firms as clients, but they handled my small order of 5 cushions with the same degree of service as a major customers.
They offer a fantastic variety of colors. I honestly could not find the exact size, shape and color cushion I wanted anywhere else on the internet. Besides fitting the wood seat well, the cushions are just the right height, not too much stuffing or too little. I also really like the appealingly textured, burlap-like, country rustic fabric. It's very convenient to have the velcro ties to keep the cushion anchored to the spindles of the chair back. The price was crazy low. Finally, shipping time was exactly as promised, and I got just the right amount of email notifications that they were on their way, not too many that it's becomes annoying, but enough to know when to lookout for the package. I am an extremely satisfied customer.

The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable. However, gave only four stars because the shipping cost was twice what I was quoted when I went into the system to actually purchase items. The quote clearly showed $15.01 and the cheapest shipping option when purchasing was $30.

Was a bit of challenge placing My Order. The system did not accept my password. Also around 3 weeks Ago We call Your Customer Service Deparment, a Very Sharp lady answered the Phone. We where interested Also in Purchasing 5 Towers to Place Foulding Puff Chairs. She never got back to Us! We are Making our First Purchase To Get To Know Your Product and Quality!

Hi, Ordering more chairs to see actual wood colors. It would be helpful if you had a wood sample kit :) Just received eight beautiful chairs but they are VERY different than pictured and will not work with our venue's tables...so ordering two sample chairs. You do have a nice product. Call me impressed with the quality!

Good customer service. The only problem was that 2 chairs were damaged through shipping and have yet to hear back about replacements. Also I ordered 10 chair dollies and we had to assemble them but the fabricated wheel holes did not match up with the nut holes on the actual dollies so we spend hours sanding each hole larger.

easy, competetive, carrier FedEx Ground is the only company who consistently brings product all the way to the front door and leaves it in site of the security camera... Yes I office from my home and many times I have products come here rather than our main office in Seattle...

What can I say prior to the completion of a transaction? So far so good. Same thing the guy falling from a ten story window would say as he passes the fifth floor. I just wish there was a less expensive means of shipping...

Website is easy to use. Only difficulty I had is with delivery is not directly through eventstable.com but local affiliate - but that could be improved. It would have helped to have received my tables sooner. Luckily we had a Plan B that worked out.
