The first time I received my glasses the prescription lenses were completely wrong. The prescription was too strong and I couldn't wear them. I sent them back it took almost a week for them to receive them. But once they did receive them the turnaround time was really quick the second time. And I got them about 4 days after my glasses were received by eyeglasses.com. The second time I received them the prescription lenses were correct. However I need to take them somewhere to have the earpieces adjusted because they're uncomfortable when they sit on my ears and are rubbing and causing irritation.

I ordered 3 eyeglass frames. When myorder was received, the invoice said all 3 were shipped and all 3 frames were charged for. Only 2 pair of frames were received in the box. I called customer service and they coordinated shipping the 3rd frame. Thank you.

I am in the process of returning my frames that I had sent to me so I can try them on. The purchase date was 11/5, they didn't even ship out the frames until 11/15. I finally received them on 11/20. Submitted the return within a week of getting them. I finally got confirmation that they received my return on 12/5 and I still have yet to receive my refund, and it is now 12/17. I'm not going to shop here again. It's just too slow and there's so many other online retailers that have faster service

The specific pair of eyeglasses I ordered were not going to be available for several weeks, so eyeglasses.com sent two pair of the same manufacturer -- one in a slightly different color and one in a slightly larger size. I decided that the slightly larger size pair worked well for me and sent back the slightly different color pair. No questions. No issues. No trouble.
