We went in with the well-worn cushions from a 20-year old set of Wicker furniture and asked to have replacement cushions custom made. After several weeks, I received a phone call to come in for the finished product. I drove the hour there and picked up the cushions, brought them home and put them in place. Almost every one was seriously mis-sized: too wide, too narrow, or too short. I took pictures of the cushions on the furniture and sent them in. Eventually the cushions were remade and the finished product is satisfactory.
I bought a sofa, had to pay the fuel also even though my piece was over the free shipping. This sofa is a used piece. The feet are damaged and discolored. There is not a bottom made in the piece, I was told when I called to let them know about the damages. That is when Olivia told me NONE of their pieces have a bottom made in them. It has a shear curtain and straps underneath that. The curtain has ripped at the corners, can see the wood frame that was added. It has distress spots over the whole bottom of the sofa, just short of ripping. The cushions are not of good quality. They also have started twisting. The side is no longer on the sides and the top piece has slide forward. Underneath is full of spiderwebs. It will not be long before the shear curtain is completely ripped up. I called and Fran wants me to pay another $400 to send it back and not give me credit for the cost or full refund. This company is a gangster company. Stealing from the public. I am not the only one ripped off by this company. DO not buy here. My sofa is only 2weeks here in my home and already tearing up.:::If anyone has bought a piece with or without a bottom please let me know. I feel I was lied to. *******@outlook.com

This is a great little chest to put jewelry in. It doesn't take up too much space. The design is unusual. Fran's provided great service. It was sent from NJ to S FL and the shipping and item price was very reasonable. It's very hard to find wicker anywhere, so I was glad to find Fran's wicker.
I have called several times and what a rude person he always says that he can't answer right now and puts me on hold when I call back straight to the answer machine How can they do business like this thank Goodness I did not place an order with them Read everyone elses reviews and read how many did not recieve there orders and no phone calls returned. Customer service here well I will not say but it?"!@@@@!. Get better training maybe you will have happier customers.

Pricing is very competitive but it appears there is a lot of manual work going on behinds the scene. I placed an online order on Saturday 4/15 and still don't see where I can find an estimated ship or delivery date as the order status field is blank. Very frustration
Good, although your phone manners and promises lack professionalism. When I am ask for my phone number and promised a call back I expect exactly that. Nothing more-nothing less. Your image is hurt each time a snotty receptionist or order taker makes promises in a snarky way and doesn't deliver.. I have bought thousands of dollars from you over the years and your service level regarding attitude has always been questionable. I pay you for the service you provide and I resent being made feel as though you are doing me a favor.

The sofa arrived properly, but the wrong cushions/fabric was sent. My wife call and the customer service personnel were very responsive and indicated that the correct cushion/fabric will be sent. We are still waiting for the correct fabric cushion and suspect it will be another week or so before it is received. Other than the wrong cushions, the order was handled properly.
Order was placed April 17th we received the furniture today, August 5th and it is the wrong color. We did not receive the furniture that we ordered. We were contacted in June and notified that "the chair" was lost, and that it would be replaced with a loveseat. We were not sure if it was the rocker or the straight chair. We were still expecting 7 items, but received 6. Neither chair was included. The boxes were damaged and we opened them to inspect the furnature and since the delivery was incorrect/incomplete we tried to refuse, but the truck would not take them back. So we were left with 3 pallets of furniture in our driveway with no recourse but to unpack an put them in our house. All phone numbers to your business are not working. To make this right, I would like a rocker in navy blue, and navy blue covers to be sent to use. We will return the copper colored covers that we retrieved. If your company had taken the time to communicate with us over the 3.5 months that we were waiting, we would not have such hard feelings. Also, we were not expecting delivery today, but were given 45 min notice from Central Shipping Inc. If it were my choice I would not use that shipping company in the future. You say I get a discount with promotion code, but no clear way to get a promotion code, and when I did it only appled to truck freight, which cost more than the item I was purchasing.

I spoke to a sales rep when I called this week because I have not heard one word since. my confirmation email. This order was placed March 1st. I was told "they were working on it" by the rep a few days ago. I also sent an email and asked how I would know when order # ******* was shipped. Well, your response to that email was "What did you order in order # *******? What is your phone #? No one has called.
Have ordered from them in the past and wanted to place an order for another outdoor wicker table

I still have not received my order. It was in my Visa Account for approval for Total 863.85. I received a call from my bank concerned that there may be fraud activity in my account for the amount of $863.85. I was happy to see this was the item I had ordered from you. That was 8 days ago. I just checked my account and the transaction is no longer there. What is going on?
I called on Monday to check availability and I was told I would receive a call back. I did not get a call back so I called on Wednesday at 4:00 and left a message. As I still did not get a call back by Friday I called again and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and ultimately made this a positive experience in the end.
This was ordered on April 29th. We still do not have the merchandise. I have called several times with no help!
Good site - easy to "see" products - checkout flows
BUT -- Indication was delivery would be by UPS -- Tried - twice - to obtain 'tracking number'; with no response from customer service. Then - yesterday morning at about 8:00 I received a call from a local shipping company that they had a delivery for me, and it was scheduled for between 10 and 2. We were going to be out until about one, and there was no way to change our plans.
But then it got better; the shipping company agreed to make it as late as possible, and would have the driver call about an hour before he was to arrive. I gave them my cell-number; they called; we made it home; and, the delivery was about 2:45. When it works, it works.
But now - - It's out of the box, and I'm in the process of loading my two-drawer lateral wicker file cabinet; and the slide/glide on the right of the bottom drawer is not attached/is in two pieces. I hope I can correct that too.
If not, I will give customer service another try.
Looking forward to refreshing our porch furniture with the classic look of wicker. Fran's Wicker has a great line of this furniture that is high quality meaning we will enjoy the furniture for a long time. I also appreciate the professional customer service that Fran's provides. Had to correct a couple of items in the basic e-mail order and a friendly crew on the Fran's end of that problem quickly got everything in order.
When this order had not arrived a number of weeks after I placed it, I called Fran's Wicker to find out what was going on. I was told that the item that I ordered was no longer in stock. No one had contacted me about this problem. Although the company did send me a similar product, I do not like it as much as I liked the one that I had originally ordered. I am disappointed in the company.
Clear and concise except no information on whether or not you have to put items together. No information on on weather resistant the cushions are.
