I placed my order exactly 1 month ago and still have not received it. I was told an item was out of stock which caused a delay in shipping and then I was informed it was back in stock and it still was not shipped right away. Order fulfilment time is absolutely is absolutely atrocious. I will not order from this company again. My clothing that I ordered for my vacation is in limbo somewhere and tracking # is absolutely useless.

Do not order from this company. They will not make returns. They are out of the country and the cost is too expensive to return merchandise.

I have not received my suits. I received an email that told me to wait 24-48 hours and respond. I responded this morning that I had not received my parcel and the email bounced back as not valid!

I did not receive my order. Your email is a fake. I am going to telli everyone not to order anything from you people. You are frauds. You sent me a couple emails when answer your question it tells me you email doesn't exist. I am going to give one more week before I post this everywhere.

Swim suit I wanted
You very happily took my money and never delivered my order. Will never order again and will tell everyone I know what a shady outfit you're running. I've been patient thinking there may have been a shipping delay, especially since the funds were credited to somewhere in France!
It's hard to find attractive swimwear in larger sizes.

Waited a month for order. Never received. Sent several emails before they finally answered to say all 3 items were out of stock. Had to pick several replacements before finding 3 in stock.
They were considerate when they finally answered but still do not have swimsuits .
After waiting 3,4 weeks I contacted company they told me at that time that the product was out of stock,,,because they did not contact me I thought it was questionable,,,,I was waiting for nothing. I ask for a refund and did receive the refund. I wonder how long they would have waited before telling me it was out of stock

I purchased a swimsuit for my mother for Christmas - the sizing was not right for her.
The refund policy is within 15 days of delivery... Well, that isn't workable when purchasing in advance as a gift - it's quite inflexible.
Thankfully, the swimsuit fits me beautifully (and it's lovely) so it's no drama to keep it and buy another style for her - except the postage costs for the new suit made my gift cost balloon out to more than I ideally would have spent.
Pricing was great, good and flattering options for larger sizes.
