Dreadful customer relations! You are directed to their website, where you fill in all the details for NON RECEIPT OF GOODS and then it says there is a problem with their website! The phone number both in Australia and the UK directs you to their website...You go around in endless circles while they have kept your money!

The worst website I have ever purchased from!

I ordered a 2 litre bottle of Olaplex. I received 8 x 250ml bottles. No problem, but when I opened the first bottle it was DISTINCTLY obvious that the product was FAKE. The signature Olaplex fragrance was not there. The colour of the product was completely different to the original. And the texture of the product was also different - much thicker and gluggier (refer photo).

The packaging also was off - buckled labels and no plastic cover on the lid as you would get with the genuine product.

So I contacted Fruugo, with all confidence that they would fix it. I assumed that they wouldn't want fake product being listed on their website. I assumed that they would remove them as soon as possible.

NOPE! They communicated with me for a month, asking for photos, receipts, more information - and then nothing! I am left out of pocket ($250 - lesson learnt), time wasted and no resolution.

DO NOT HAND YOUR MONEY OVER ON THIS WEBSITE!
