I purchased a 'water absorbing' bath mat and it came folded so tightly that the wrinkles would not come out. Also it was far thinner than advertised. This company stalled to provide any information on a refund. When I finally insisted, 1 of the 9 stipulations for them to accept a refund was that it had to be in original shipping package UNOPENED. Unopened. Don't buy anything from here.

The advertisement shows these beautiful wreaths and they are advertised hand made by these women. The caption says"
After much prayer, we are very sad to announce that we are closing shop for a while to focus on family. We know God has a plan, but right now we need help clearing inventory. I ordered 2 on Sept 21 the company name was yoazable.com sponsored Etsy Handmade Wreath and I received them Oct 20. They were the size of a steering wheel, completely plastic and even the cardboard pumpkin bent. They refused to a total refund and offered 10%. The only place I would put this is in the trash. I'm notifying my credit card company.

I had to throw it out. Although I wanted to support the war in Ukraine, I was too embarrassed by this junky excuse for a door decoration. A complete waste of $35.

Absolutely thieves BIG TIME. Ordered Christmas wreaths got something not slightly related to what I ordered. Refused Refund. Said it was my responsibility to retunrn them. Offered a discount on buying more from them. DON'T buy from them. Would not give them even 1 star if I could

I did not get the wreaths I ordered. Stay away from this site. This was absolute garbage! They only want to give me 10%.

This company is out of China. I ordered what appeared to be a nice fall wreath and received a small, cheap, Christmas looking wreath with pumpkins on it! They do not do free returns and said it would cost me more to return it than the original order since they are in China! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! THEY ARE A FRAUD! I see they have since closed their store. I'm sure they opened another and will continue to scam. The picture of the wreath they advertised is too small in pixels so I can't load it but it didn't look anything like this!

Will only give me 10% back even though wreath was broken and clearly not what I expected to receive. STAY CLEAR, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS CO BASED OUT OF CHINA.

I ordered what I thought was going to be at least similar to the fall wreath pictured and was horribly disappointed in what I received. I just checked others reviews and theirs looked even better than what I got. Never use this company again!

Thought I paid $60 for a Grow & Stow Christmas tree. It was supposed to be over 7' tall, pre-lit and used a remote to raise it to its full height. I got a cheap 18" tree that was not pre-lit and definitely not worth $60! False advertising!

I wish I had seen this site before I ordered. The wreath is very cheap and plastic looking. They gave me permission to return; but they said I had to send picture first. I sent the picture. Still no response. It has been 4 months. I still have the wreath and no credit. PLEASE do not order. I do not want anyone else to get cheated like I did. I am 72 years old; and I have been cheated.

What they advertise is NOT what you get. Cheap plastic, styrofoam pumpkins. DO NOT buy from this company.

I placed an order in good faith, paid for it but bot item ever received. Bow they wont even acknowledge emails. I am so upset to have been scammed by them. We should be able to do something to claim our money back.

After dozens of emails they offered a 30% refund. I agreed on 12/16.3 emails and 30 days later I have still not received the refund. They are blaming paypal, laiming paypal is holding the funds.

They took my money and will not acknowledge the 6 emails that I sent them. Very bad business. Letting FB know also.

I ordered 2 Multicolor led animated outdoor Christmas tree lightshows, one 5 meters high one 10 meters high after seeing ad showing the trees with changing light show, when the, well can't call them trees as all I got was 2 strings of led lights, yep, 1@ 5 meters and 1@ 10 metres, when I got in touch by email,
The reply was "I'm very sorry about that there is a certain gap between advertising and real products" and an offer of 10% refund"
I said No, would rather send back.
New reply was "A full refund requires to return the product and buyers need to pay for the shipping fee. How about we provide 20% refund as our compensation？You can keep the items"
I replied give me your address and I will investigate shipping fees.

Interesting is that the ad included freight free.
Now going through Paypal but offer via PayPal is for US$30 out of US$101 and I'm in Australia
This is a blatantly false advertising hiding behind "we are in China"
