I hired this company to move from NM to MD, not only did they lose half of my beloved items, what did show up was broken and shattered. I can not believe the unprofessional and rude behavior of their front desk receptionist, Renee. This women had the audacity to call my cell phone after I left a negative review on the BBB site. She called me a B*tch and verbally harassed me cussing up a storm. I have never experienced such utter disrespect from a company. My recommendation is stay far away from these people and do your research on different moving companies.

A broker farmed out my move to Gin Lou Moving. I filled out a detailed inventory and received a price. I paid a deposit. When these movers came to pick up my things they refused to produce the inventory list I had spent so much time writing and revising. When I asked where it was they ignored me. The driver took photos and sent them to the dispatcher, Renee. On speaker phone she told me that I would need to pay her driver an ADDITIONAL $1300 beyond my contracted amount to have all my items moved. I refused. They left 28 percent of the cubic feet I had contracted for ON MY LAWN and refused to load it, even after customer service told them to put it on the truck. I have a contract, photos, and videos to prove that they committed fraud. The broker who hired them found them guilty, but they have refused to compensate me. DO NOT HIRE these scammers.
