Group Go Go

Zero customer support. I ordered two items that were refunded the next day with no explanation. These items remain listed as IN STOCK on their website. The company has not responded to my emails or messages submitted via their website. Their listed phone number *******527‬ is not a working number. A second number I found for this company *******891 does not allow you to leave a message. The listed address for the company is a residential home. BEWARE.

This company stole my credit card information. I tried to buy a lunch box for my daughter and the charge never appeared on my credit card BUT, then a few days later I was charged for a metro pcs bill and 100 in Chick Fila LA. I saved the screenshot of the purchase and now I'm involving every type of authority I can! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. PUTTING THEM ON BLAST TO MY 30,000 FOLLOWERS AS WELL!

I will never order anything from you again because I spent close to $80.00 for my Grandsons Christmas never got them 2 tow trucks never got My money back could never get you to reply to my emails phone was a joke also this is just a scam if you ask me you can still reach me at *******@yahoo.com if you want ro make it right but I will not hold my breath for a reply Della Pitts

If you order a product you can't log in confirming they don't respond chat questions feels like they stole my money links go to other web addresses having nothing to do with my purchase see other complaints they canceled orders not reliable see other complaints used credit card number later on towards other unauthorized purchases

Tried to make a purchase. They ran my card and then refunded the next day with no reason for refund. I emailed them and said they didn't know why the card wasn't accepted and to contact my bank. Then received a weird low amount charge from Google the same day. After researching online, others had this same issue with a refund received to have their credit card information stolen and fraudulent charges made a few weeks later. Their address states Sunrise, Florida, but their credit card charges is processed from San Diego as a grocery store. Do not purchase from this company. SCAM

Placed an order on 11/02/21. Order was cancelled by Group Go Go on 11/04/21. On 11/11/21, I was notified by my credit card company that my card had been used somewhere in Indiana. (I live in Tennessee.) Can't say for sure that the fraud was related to Group Go Go but they were one of only a few places (and the only online place) out of the ordinary that my card was used recently.

Made a happy purchase! Easy to navigate with easy on the eyes visual, plus a good selection of vendors and items that i was interested in.

I've tried ordering from this company's website twice now and both times my order was canceled and $ refunded w/o any communication as to why this was done? I tried to reply to the refund notice I received and it was rejected as being a non mail receiving address...

Placed order never received it, tried to call support number is disconnected. Went online for support waiting over 40 minutes and received no response

Group Go Go takes all your information and payment, then suspiciously cancels your order the next day. Their prices are too go to be true, and their customer service reeks of scammers.

I purchased an item from them, they took my money. The item never arrived. Unable to send them an email and no help from the Website, no customer service or phone number.

Well they charged 15 $40 walmart egift cards to my account! $600 they stole from me. FRAUDS! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM
