Clear menu and process. Spaces for special instructions on each meal would be helpful. For example, I prefer white salad dressings but they usually give Italian, and there's nowhere for me to change that easily. Overall, it's been easy so far. Thank you!
My delivery took over an hour and when I called customer service to see if they could find my driver, they stated that my food read that it had already been delivered. The driver never once called me or rang my doorbell, they instead left my food outside and because I was never informed that my delivery was here it was stolen. I've been calling for days for a refund and it just has been a runaround to get my money back. Horrible experience.
Always fast and efficient. They are on point, and follow up immediately if needed. Also, very courteous.

Order came earlier than I wanted. What was the point of adding a delivery time. I will not use again.

The pizza is good, this site is not great though, it's like it's made specifically incompetent to make sure the customer's like me are so dedicated to delicious food that we work through the "forgot password" link at EVERY ordering of various variations of calzone's, one of my favorite foods. The order system is a pain in my $#*!. The calzone at Nick's House of Pizza in Medford, MA (*******) is sooo delicious. Food made with love!

I can never (since creating this account) either enter correct password or reset my password. Typically I would always have to send a text to my phone every time and get a 1 time login link - that whole process was not user friendly.
Nick's pizza is great!
The system works pretty well, but I wish the menu included a lot more detail about each dish, and perhaps pictures.

The user interface is not great. It was hard to find what I was looking for, and during checkout, I couldn't see an itemization of what I was actually paying for, so I had to enter my credit card without knowing exactly what the cost breakdown was, which is uncomfortable. Also, the color is too bright red, I didn't like it.
The site for the restaurant led me there.
I showed up at the restaurant. Because someone crashed their car into it a few weeks ago, the window was replaced by a board, and I got nervous, but they were open, and my food was ready. I took it home, and it was delicious.
That’s how I could order from the restaurant website.
The system saved my place when a glitch made the screen restart. I am impressed!

Restaurant uses for delivery
I struggled for a little while to understand where to click in order to change one thing about my order. I also couldn't easily tell what exactly I was buying — I only saw the total when checking out. I could use an easier "cart" icon/link that's visible throughout the shopping process, and also a clear list of line items before I have to finalize checkout.
To clear address confusion the driver called me. So thank you for the speedy service allowing me a newly cooked delicious meal.

Convenience
Great, my messenger was great. She kept me up to date, let me know when she picked up the food and when she was on her way. Then she left it exactly where I asked her to.
