“Terrible customer service”

Placed a small order 11 days ago and still no tracking info. I've sent 3 emails with no reply. Jane answered one of my 4 calls and said it definitely would ship and I'll get a email tracking - that was 4 days ago. All phone calls go to a voicemail and they never call back. My Visa was charged the day I made the order and there was no mention of backorder situation - like most all internet site do. I'v sent my final email tonight and will contact my credit card company tomorrow to have them back out the transaction. Stay away from this company!

Worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure to deal with stay away.
Spend your money with someone else you will not be sorry.

Placed an order on 4/21, funds cleared my account 4/25. Never received an updated e-mail with shipping. 4/29 e-mailed company as they never answered phone after repeatedly calling. Finally e-mailed on 05/02 and told them I wanted a refund as nothing has been shipped. Called and finally got a person. Reiterated my statement of wanting a refund. E-mailed me and said it would be 7 business days before I received the credit to my account. E-mailed 05/15 as had not received refund. Finally on 5/16 received refund. So there you go. If they don't have what you want in stock you will be waiting weeks to receive your order. Be prepared for an extra long wait. Dealt with this company in the past and they were very good. Will NEVER place an order with them again.

Used to be a good online company. Things have changed and now they only have 2 retail stores and the website. Our address would not work for shipping so we visited the store in CO instead. Ordered one item to be shipped to the store, and bought other items at the store. Ordered item never showed and they have not refunded me after repeated requests. It has been a month. Now two of the items we bought at the store do not work right out of the box. Total junk. I'm trying to stop payment on the ordered item. And they never answer their phones. Stay away from Greners / Growlife Hydroponics. There are many other grow stores out there, so avoid this one!

Ordered twice before, small orders, and no problem. Placed a $300 order and got charged but no merchandise or ship notification 10 days later. No one answers the phone or responds to email. Will not do business with again.

Purchase ballast greenhouse 600W showed it was a 120v. Got it and it was hard wired as 240v. Been trying to resolve this issue for 2 month now. They would answer the phone sometimes and tell me "Jeremy is woking on it". Most the time its a full voice mail. Online support is a joke when I first try to attempt context with them I select online support my ticket sat for a month no update at all.
So currently I am still waiting on jeremy. I also wasn't able to wait for this to be sorted out so I purchased else where now seeking refund!

Ordered an item. I could see on my statement the charge processed through my credit card. No email or order number was sent to confirm purchase. I would think this would be standard practice nowadays. Called up 3 days later to check on status. Was told it would ship within the next 24-48 hrs. I call back 2 days later and am told its back ordered. Why couldn't they have given me this information the first time I called instead of wasting my time. When you need something right away days matter. I cancelled the order and ordered from another online retailer in which I was immediately sent an email receipt and product was sent the next day. I will not be ordering from greners again. Customer service is clueless and your methods are outdated. Get it together!

I placed an order to greners on Oct 14th. It never shipped so I contacted them by e-mail and through every available phone number and never got an answer or return call. Their main number always says the mailbox is full. Now today, Nov 10th a month after placing the order I get an e-mail confirming shipment. These people do a $#*! business. Do not shop here. Close up shop and go home $#*!s!
It's time the people put these kind of businesses out of business. Sick and tired of people like this starting a business and taking the public's money with no concern toward ethical business practices. They are under manned so they simply keep taking orders and are extremely late on getting them shipped out and decide just to stop answering the phone and/or e-mails. Again, businesses like this need to be run out of business. We need everyone that has done business with companies like this to write reviews and tell the public not to do business with them.

Ordered $600 in product, no confirmation email, took the money from my checking account and never sent the product. Told me they can not look up my order by the bank transaction number and not willing to help. They do not respond to emails. I ordered in May 2015 its now November still no response or help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

I ordered two items on January 20,2014. I called to see if they had expedited shipping and this is where I began to see I made a big mistake.

The man on the phone put me on hold for over ten minutes just to find out about shipping options. I later got an email that the only option was overnight at a price of $238! I called back and politely asked if they could please ship my packages out as soon as possible. The very rude man on the phone sternly told me that the items would be shipped in the order they were received and there was no exceptions.

Well five days later I checked the order status and the items haven't even left their warehouse!

So, you purchase almost $400 of merchandise, ask them to please ship out as soon as they can, get a rude response and then realize five days later the items haven't left the warehouse yet.

I expected to be treated a lot better than this and I will NEVER do business with them again. At the very least they could have been polite on the phone. Get your act together Greners. Unless you fix this problem I will continue to review your site throughout the internet.

Very dis-satisified!

So I did get an automatic confirmation number right after my credit card was charged and the order was purchased exactly a week ago. That's it.

No response to my emails, phone calls, or voice mails (try getting someone on the phone; it's a joke). I haven't heard from them yet... A simple "your item was back ordered or delayed" would have made me satisfied enough not to write a bad review. But no response after a week?

Edit: they get an extra star for finally answering a phone call, and letting me know the item was on back order. They blamed a "glitch" in the system for not letting the customer, nor them know when something was on back-order. The item did finally ship 11 days after I ordered it.
