I have a Hathway broadband connection, I moved to new location they charged 300 and i paid 2days ago but they haven't raised a request to provide the internet connection for new location. I raised another request for no internet but still no internet, i have no internet for the couple of days.

I lost huge amount of money because of no internet.
Tip for consumers:
Jio coverage is also very worse it won't work
Products used:
I quit Jio Fiber as they send fake bills, they offer free installation but still they send monthly bills even after I paid three money quarter plan.
