I've made several purchases from light in the box in the last year. I am satisfied with most items however, there have been a few glitches for example, a coat that I purchased from you had a fake outside pocket, but the ad showed gloves in the pocket of this particular jacket which was misleading, I've spent at least $1500 buying mostly clothes from you, but I can only give you about a three out of five rating

The clothes are very stylish, a very large selection, very low prices. And in general - this is probably the best online store with clothes from those that I have ever used. Thanks for a great job guys!

Reliable, Quick and Over-the-top Helpful! We've been using this store for the past several months for all our needs and I must say I have been very impressed. From their affordable pricing, to their super-kind service, I can't say enough good things about their business.

Love the selection but the site kept reloading which meant I had to start over from the beginning of the section repeatedly. Very frustrating!

Hawalili has always been a breeze to order from. Living in Florida the shirts are perfect. I'm so glad I found your site. However, I shopped for my son on this order and he lives in a different state with different weather. I was a little off in sizing in ordering for him so the fault lies with me. I believe he dispersed the shirts among the family. He has the return information if he decides to send back.

Shirt " quality" quite low. Low grade taffeta tupe material, much like cheap costume type wear. Not well made at all.

I like to buy things in this store, everything is always of high quality and quickly, I am 100% satisfied with my purchases

This was not my first order with Hawalilis. My first order I thought took too long to receive and the communication was lacking. This order was recieived in much less time and as promised. I currently have another order which I hope to receive within the next two weeks. I have found there product to be well made and easy to maintain. And the prices are excllent.

The shirt I ordered is very colorful and just like the online photos but it is so flimsy and sheer (cheap) I won't wear it. This shirt took almost 3 weeks to receive and I have yet to receive a second shirt ordered at the same time. When I asked about the return policy, the shirt had to be sent to China for a return which was stupid expensive. NEVER AGAIN!

Quality is good. Wish shipping were quicker but not bad considering the current problems.

Had trouble confirming size. Contacted customer service to figure out right size. Based on their feedback I ordered a large. Too small. Need extra large. Very disappointed.

Still Experimenting... this is my 2nd test order... My first order was delivered to my door... but it took a lot of follow up and tracking down... now that I know the shipping process... I've modified my shipping address... If it comes right o my door without a lot of tracking down... I'll order $400 or $500 worth more?

I'm pleased to say my 2nd $293.14 test order of Oct23 2021 finally arrived on Nov 11 2021 and I liked all the contents but something was missing.
I reviewed My "Checkout Success hawalili" file (excerpt attached) and the following item was missing

I would really very-much like to sort by FABRIC. I will not buy a 100% polyester or rayon shirt. If I could sort those out my shopping would have been much easier.

2xl probably equal to a 1xl, skimpy sleeves, 3xl was ridiculously small, I am a 5'6 and weight 160 # and it did not fit me much less my husband, poor quality printing on one of the shirts

Kept the shirts, and received only 15% of total cost, I donated the shirts, so someone can wear them !

I ordered the wrong size, gave them to our daughters boyfriend. She said he likes them.

The four shirts had wrinkles that were very difficult to get rid of. The Care tag was unclear as to the proper care of the garments, as there was nothing beyond symbols which were not sufficient. I have very similar shirts that I purchased from Laleela, which have not been ironed in three plus years, and still do not need pressing. I suspect that the polyester is not near the same as the Laleela shirts, which were made of a material is called Terivoile, which is a silk-like polyester.

Easy to navigate. Took a bit long to receive but I guess they come from overseas.
