Hillcrest dental made a mess of my wife's implant. She is healthy with no history of dental problems. I was charged a fortune for an unsuccessful operation. My wife was in agony, got strep throat ( a sign of unsatisfactory sanitization) and eventually had to have another dentist at Gentle Dental fix the problem and confirm that Hillcrest had made a mess. On top of this, we have been given the run around for any satisfactory compensation. They stole our money. These were people I had trusted for years. I don't want to write scathing reviews, I have a good reason to sue, but I haven't. I was hoping they would do the right thing and give us a full refund. But we've been given the run around for 6 months. It's been the worst health care experience ever. I'm warning everyone here that Hillcrest is not what it seems. Not only has it been awful for my poor wife but it has also destroyed my faith in people wanting to do the right thing. Nothing but a nightmare here. Go to Gentle Dental on Rancho instead. It may not have all the wall decals but it has an excellent dental staff and they now do all the dental work on my family of 5.
