Terrible. Poor service. Not delivered still says under tailoring. Ordered 4 weeks ago. They do not answer emails.

No reply. I've emailed 5 times in the last 4 weeks

My dress was delayed with nearly a month before u had enough and had to cansel the dress and go somewhere else to get one.
I contacted suport to see how long the delay is and it took lots of emailing and essentially begging to be able find this info out from the person helping. Questions weren't answered unless asked again and again felt like emailed weren't properly ready or disregard. Horrible communication!

Very poor. Questions weren't answered. Eather not undastanding what I was asking or just plain choosing to not answer questions when you have a bride who got a dress what is delayed you should tell them.

Received my dress for my daughter's wedding, totally wrong colour which will not match her colour scheme and definitely not the colour I ordered. During the process of ordering I received a quick response from any emails I sent, but now despite several e mails requesting details of how I return dress and refund I am getting absolutely no response! So not only do I have to get another dress I am £150 out of pocket! I am now going to have to go through PayPal to try and get a resolution

Hebeos and other companies all use the same photot, just pasting different heads (look at the pictures), the copy and paste exactly the same reviews that they write themselves. I ordered wedding dress that never arrived. I was fooled and misleaded with delivery dates. I asked once about the dress built in bra, since then every few days I was getting the same reply over and over repeatitive... I was told to just 'be patient and wait' which I find very rude, customer service is SHOCKING. The dresses are made in China, you'll be lucky to receive your order at all. One week to my wedding and I am left with no dress and no money. Wish I saw these bad reviews before I wasted my money. Website now reported for scam and my solicitor will deal with lost money. I am absolutely disappointed and raging deep inside!

Was a bit sceptic after reading reviews on trust pilot, needed 3 of these dresses but only ordered one to be sure, anyway arrived within the time scale, absolutely stunning

After providing several times the same requested documents (proof of payment and invoice, which Hebeos anyway had because Hebeos issues these documents), as well as providing several valid ways of contacting me (phone numbers and email addresses), the support services told me to contact "local customs", which is ridiculous because I don't even know which "local" customs I am supposed to contact. The issue changed assignees multiple times, who did not show any willingness to help solve the problem. Support services didn't even tell me what the problem with customs was. There is nothing special in this order, which should be straightforward to deliver.

The material is amazing and it fits very well. Would definitely recommend and would buy from here again. Thank u so much! 🥰

I had an Amazing experience being my first time ordering a dress online. It came in at the exact date and the measurements were perfect.

I was at the time curious to know the exact date i would receive it.

Was a little skeptical, as I was ordering something that I was not able to feel or touch. However, I have to say once it we received it the dress was absolutely beautiful. The colour was beautiful and looked great on. We ordered a size 6 true size.

Poor quality of product andthe size does not correspond to the given dimensions. Also, very bad customer service. Try to contact them to arrange the return couple of days with No response.

I read a lot of the coments and they all looked good but i ordered it 2 sizes to big like some people said but it come and it still dose not fit me

Not satisfied at all. I have 14 days to refund i followed your size chart and it wasn't accurate at all. I was sent a dress that fit horribly and i have to pay shipping back to china who knows how much that costs and won't refund shipping costs going and coming. It's been a horrible experience

It was so so. My 1st email question was never responded to. And even though u have 14 day refund policy I have to pay so many shipping costs for a problem that wasn't my fault

Ordered a custom made A line prom dress for my daughter. The work is impeccable. So well made and measured exactly to my daughters requirements. She looks absolutely stunning in it

I tried on several occasions to cancel my order after reading the reviews on line. I really wish I hadn't placed any order with this so called Company.

There is no telephone number and you can try and contact Hebeos UK any way, as you never get a response.
They have taken £133 out of my bank account and that's it. You never hear from them again. I must have tried at least 6 times to contact them and get nothing back. I'm sure this is deliberate as once they have your hard earned money, you don't hear anything from them.
This has caused my mental health to be a real set back as weddings can be stressful at the best of times. This issue with this Company has made things terrible both mentally and losing all my money as I don't think I have a hope in hell of getting that money back.

Useless. You never hear from them again

I ordered a sample of one colour of the bridesmaid fabrics so I could confirm it was the correct shade and quality that I was looking for.
I paid £10.00 for delivery in February only to be told after payment that I should expect the sample in May! Dread to think how long an actual dress takes to come...

Customer service was helpful to get my dress to me on time and in perfect condition

Nobody replied to my email

Ordered a dress for my granddaughter was told it would not be possible to return and as I didn't initially set up an account ( most companies allow you to later if you wish) was not possible to track my order

I knew this dress was cheap, but I didn't realize the lace would be totally different than the photos online. It's a completely different lace pattern, which totally alters the dress. I hate it, and I'm hoping to get a refund but their process is impossible to reach anyone.

No one got back to me! I’m still waiting on a reply.
