I bought a dress online paid nearly $400 for it. It doesn't fit, the fabric is very low quality and when I tried to return it, they gave me every excuse possible not to give me my money back. I followed the guidelines of the sizing and they said too bad I chose the wrong size so they're not giving me my money back. I actually chose a size bigger so I can alter it it's still didn't fit. This company is rubbish do not buy from this company.

The dress was very beautiful and fits very well! My daughter has already gotten so many compliments on it!

Tina is the most horrible customer service representative I have ever ever contacted in my life. She made me feel like I did something wrong by ordering the address it did not come as it's shown in the pictures I wanted a full refund and she discussed that she could only give me 15% of my money, I felt misled ripped off. I will never ever order anything from this company again and I suggest you don't either.

Customer service is very poor they will not give you your full refund back. I did not wear the dress. It was horrible. Once I opened up the package it was discolored was not white. It was a purpleish white and I explained this to the customer service rep Tina and, I did not get my moneybag. They are a rip off company and I suggest do not purchase any dresses from them.

It is made for some way taller than myself. Torso is extremely long. Measurements are off as well. Runs smaller that stayed on size guide. Wanted to return buy apparently it's not going to happen. Was informed I could get it altered like I did t know. But why would I pay an additional double price for that. Won't purchased again and will be sharing with friends not to.

Not happy. It said you could return prior to my order and now there are saying everything but yes you may return it.

If I could give no stars I would. I orders a dress top of it to small bottom to large. Dress is not made well. Spoke with a representative via email for three days. They asked me to send photos. I did…after that the sent me an email stating that they would give me 13% back and I should see a Taylor for a dress that just is not going to fit.

I ordered a dress for my friends wedding and I personally felt that the material was low quality and I did not like the way the dress looked on me. Hebeos makes you jump through hoops to simply return an unused item! I could not believe how difficult this process was, especially for a company that is not well known. Customer service is a main key to gaining loyal customers and they scored a 0 with customer service.

Hebeos made it incredibly difficult to simply return an unused item. It is natural to shop online and then not like how the article of clothing looks on your body in person. They do not want you to return items and make it nearly impossible to return.

Awesome experience the dress was very pretty very elegant soft and was not too much when I ordered it. I was nervous because my bank said that it was a fraud site. I had to call and get my bank to approve it. Once they approved it it took honestly may be a little over a week for them to get it to me and the shipping was fast. I had to verify it with a nine cent shipping resend address, return, and, once I got it, it was amazing very little altering very pretty

Had issues with my card and the order at first with PayPal didn’t use PayPal in it wanted me to choose PayPal got it resolved within a day

I sent an email the day after I received it asking for a return because the bust size was much too small than they show. They will not accept a return. This is their offer- "We can offer you a one-time-use coupon valued 70% off the old item's price or any other purchase on our website without returning the old item." I do not want this dress or any other from them. Now I have to sell it for less than what I paid on social media. "Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us." …NOT TRUE!

The did respond promptly but in a poorly customer satisfaction way.

I bought that dress for my daughters sweet sixteen party and the dress we Beautiful my daughter was looking so Beautiful! And the Guests at the party was amazed how nice the dress was, she got so much compliments! Delivery was fast, when the dress arrived it fits my daughter perfect we all we so pleased and happy. Thank you

They shipped it after my expected receipt time and it came straight from China, but they did respond on email nightly and offered some discounting to make it ok. I had paid extra for expedited shipping. The dress quality was decent, not bad and it fit exactly as their size guide.

They did accommodate me after they shipped out late.

Sorry but not sorry the dress is hideous with those big bra pads just sitting there that you can clearly see thru the sheer part of the dress. They will need to be removed. Lace has many holes in it, split is just above the knee not on the thigh and the sheer is brown not flesh tone so for my complexion it looks like I have on concealer three shades too light.

Thanks for making my day special I will be posting pictures of the wedding and the way you all made sure the inches was measured was a big deal for me. Also by it being an outdoor wedding the strapless dress with a petty coat will be beautiful. Thanks again Mrs. Smith

I am pretty small so it doesn't shock me the dress did not fit. The dress also had a thicker material than expected and the color was not as bright as in the picture. If it fit me I probably would keep it because it is overall a very pretty dress. The back was my favorite part. Shipping also came fast.

I never got a responce

I followed the instructions for measuring myself and chose the option on the size chart that best fit my measurements. The dress is way too big in the bust, too long in the torso, to long in overall length and too tight in the waist. I'm not sure what body types this company is following but it's definitely not mine. I bought this dress for my cousin's wedding, 5 other dresses were purchased for the same wedding and none of them fit.

Don't know yet, we're still working on it.

Dress ordered based on my actual measurements and their sizing chart. Dress received was way too big needing alterations. Appointment made with seamstress only to learn the hem needed fixed-completely uneven, in addition to other needs. Cost was double the original price of the dress. Attempted to return only to learn 'it was past the 14day return date.' Very disappointing, I'd caution anyone buying.

I was skeptical of ordering online but was super excited to see the dress when it was delivered. Everything was on time and it fit well. The sleeves were loose and the skirt too long, but I figured it would need to be hemmed. I've told 3 other people about this website and how affordable the dresses were.

The "mother of the Bride" dress I ordered came in a different size and wasn't properly described in detail; the Hebeos photo didn't show clearly the poor material it is made of, although I expected an average item. The material is like that of a cheap pleated(the top) curtain. Altogether it is very bulky and with a terrible inlaid bra. A fancy dress detail! Sort of starWars. I had to ask a dressmaker to make it much smaller but I won't wear for the big occasion. Extra expenses beside the fact that the delivery is already very expensive. When getting to E.Union you are asked to pay extras for the import. But it wasn't specified when I paid. The parcel is delivered without a bill so tracing back documents is very difficult.

Missing stitches on waist sash. No order updates received at all. Checked website for delivery, said dress was still being made. Received dress same day.

I eas skeptical by reading some of the previous reviews, but my experience was great my dress arrived on time, fit just right and was beautiful!

No communication after I ordered the dress. After several attempts to contact them they sent me an email with information on how to track my order. Included in that email was my User ID and Password. When I went in to track it, the dress had not even been mailed. This is a joke and they breached confidentiality. I will be turning them into the Better Business Bureau.

They did not address any of my concerns.

This dress is gorgeous and it fit perfectly! I was really worried about ordering online for my special day but the dress turned out perfect

it took to long in my opinion for them to respond to my concern about shipping

I received a dress that is not what I ordered. I followed the return then received an email stating that I had to send in pictures of a clear bag with stickers, a picture of what the issue is, and a picture of original shipping label. I did this. The next email I received said that they will offer me a 70% coupon and that the sizing is different however I never stated anything about the dress not fitting I stated the dress is not the dress I ordered it did not look anything like the picture. The beading is too large and isn't the dress I ordered. I have attached photos.
