Hinchapark

This is my second review of Hinchapark. The first order I placed with them did not arrive and Hinchapark would not help locate it. It turns out that they had sent a sunglasses case instead of a pair of shoes. The second order I placed, which was made before I knew there was a problem with the first order, was not delivered either. Hinchapark sent a yellow hat instead of a pair or shoes.

Hinchapark's terms and conditions state that items sent by mistake can be returned free of charge to the customer. I have provided Hinchapark with proof of their mistake but they are refusing to honour their own terms and conditions and insist that I must return the mistaken items at my own cost. I am already out of pocket because Hinchapark overcharged me for both of the orders I placed with them. The first pair of shoes I ordered were priced at £22.50 and the delivery charge was £10 however my card was charged £44.50 which is an overpayment of £12.00. The second pair of shoes I ordered were priced at £12.50 and the delivery charge was £10 however my card was charged £30.92 which is an overpayment of £8.42. I have emailed Hinchapark customer services repeatedly about this error but they have not responded on this point.

Hinchapark are refusing to refund the money I have spent and the money I have been overcharged unless I spend more money returning the items they sent by mistake which is in breach of their own terms and conditions.

Hinchapark in my opinion is not a legitimate or trustworthy online retailer and I would caution strongly against shopping with them as they do not fulfill their orders and they do not respect their own terms and conditions.
