Horse Lines is a family owned business based in Western Australia. We have been actively involved with competitive horse sports for over 40 years. We enjoy our involvement in a commercial thoroughbred horse stud. Most of the family actively play polocrosse at a national level so we know how important it is to have the right equipment.

I sent all my horse measurements (as directed by Paul) to Paul and Horselines and in turn he selected two saddles that would be perfect. I chose the lady Wade saddle. When it arrived it did not fit my horse and the bridging was extreme. I would say for a "fitted" by measurements saddle this was a joke. I told Paul I could fit my hand under the saddle and through to the other side as there was a gap of at lease one inch. Paul told me to suck it up and just ride the horse. No way would I hurt my horses back this way. I had three people check out the saddle fit and they actually laughed at how bad the fit was. I suggested to Paul that I send it back and he swap it out for another saddle but he said no it will sell for more than you paid for it. No one in NZ will touch this saddle as Paul's reputation is horrendous for his lack of ability to fit a saddle. I am stuck with a new saddle that has never been ridden in and wont sell even though I halved the new price. I think Horselines sucks and is a ripoff with shocking customer skills. Paul could not even tell me the size of the saddle he sent me when I asked! He will no longer answer my emails. Buyer BEWARE
