“Ignorant”

Hunter Primary Care Psychology Services (particularly Mr. Tom Pepe and Ms Katrina Delamothe) were ignorant of my child's needs, and arrogant about their own abilities. Clinical governance was woeful, and the organisation has been unable to admit a serious failing. You can read more about our experience at http://safehealthcareforseparatedfamilies.com.au
