IHire is a good place for lawyers and aspiring lawyers to find a job that will allow them to get a foot in the door. The website layout and feel is very user friendly. Only complain is that some times it feels like they are always trying to sell a subscription or a service such as signing up for premium to "push" your resume.

I'm already very happy that I am using iHire. Andrea and Dawn are amazing. They are caring and supportive. I was tricked by your misleading SEO into subscribing. I thought I was clicking on Indeed. Halfway through the process I realized I was on a different site and decided "what the heck?" In the 3 days since, I only received one referral who lives 3 hours away. The other services have generated over 100 resumes. I have filled the position and I would like to end the subscription. A refund would be nice, but if not I will have to warn other employers about making the same mistake I made.

It was a good experience to you use ihire for souring platform for automotive professionals. It gave a variety of automotive technicians across the US and even has a section for those passive candidates to mention they are open to other opportunities outside of their current state. The only downside to platform is those passive candidates I tried to engage with where not responsive which is a part of sourcing. And some the candidate information phone numbers and emails are outdated. Since being a part of iHire I was able to attend 2024 recruitment trends course which was fantastic! In addition, the communication with my ihire account manager Lisa has been great she took time to train me on how to use the site, gave best practices and made such a pleasant experience.
