The surveys are varied and (mostly) interesting. You can redeem your reward from as little as £5 too, and this can add up quite quickly. There is a huge area for queries which are relevant to the surveys, the only downside I found was when I had a query relating to a payment (one off mind you!), I couldn't contact them directly easily at all. Provides reasonably frequent surveys and always notifies you when your account is credited for completion of a survey. Takes 2/3 days once you submit a request for your reward to be received. Plenty of choice for your rewards, and of the value you want to aim for. Just received my Amazon voucher (I have received several now) and it's really easy to redeem.
In my view InboxPounds is Avery good all round site for earning a bit of pocket money a lot of surveys. And the same goes for the games they have on offer for you to play for a nice bit of cash and for your own entertainment. Since joining InboxPounds I have thoughly enjoyed participating in various tasks, and pay out is prompt and efficient. Well worth signing up and giving them a go.

Okay, so they are a legitimate site and I've cashed in a couple of £20s over the years but blimey it's a hard slog! The surveys are pointless, they get vast amounts of info out of you and then you're screened out. Frustrating. I've complained about it but customer service just say it's out of their control. Not great is it! I don't take any surveys now, waste of time. I've just been getting the 1pences daily now for clicking on websites and it'll probably take me another year to get the £20! Plus why is the spin wheel called so when it doesn't even spin. I will get to my £20 and then close my account it's just too much hard work.

I had no trouble getting my reward out which is not always the case with some of these survey firms that are out there.
I have been using this site for a while now, has some good surveys and different lengths so allows you to do surveys depending how much time you have free and they pay out on redemptions quickly and without fuss.
I was told I could claim a small sum so did so, to an Amazon voucher. When I've done this with other companies I have almost immediately received a code to put into Amazon; but although the amount has been withdrawn from my account still no sign of a code. So only 4 stars for the site

On the website it says we pay faster! Within 2-10 working days! Nope, all lies. Contactable? Nope, no means anywhere obvious. Don't bother signing up
Once you reach the lower limit to cash out it is simple and quick to redeem. I got it sent to my PayPal account without any problems
I received an email to tell me I had reached the cash out threshold. It was then straight forward to choose how I wished to be rewarded and to order my vouchers which arrived within a couple of days. Painless procedure.

The site has a classic design, and has many profit opportunities, whether it is an opinion survey or implementing some interesting offers, I highly recommend it.
Very poor nearly a month from cash out and still voucher, I will not be taking part in any surveys until completion, I would advise not bothering with this company,
Much better now the limit from £20.00 to minimum £5.00, extremely fast payout. Would highly recommend have been a member for a number of years
Inbox Pounds was the first survey site l joined a long time ago, I have always been very satisfied with how the surveys are presented and the redemption process. I personally choose Amazon gift cards and could not be more satisfied with the speed at which the redemption is processed. I highly reconvened Inbox Pounds.
