They shipping me wrong product and wigs are not as described on website. Sent email for refund request and no reply. The wig I purchased and I paid for 140 % full as recommended and blonde they sent brown wig with layers and underneath csp is black. Who is going to hold them responsible from China.

They advertise with human hair wigs that look amazingly real. Got my order and it is fake hair, does not at all match the photo's on the website. Synthetic hair and not even a lace front. Wearing this wig makes you look like a clown. Colour does not even match.

Watch out for IO wigs.com. I order 2 blonde wigs and they sent a white wig and a blue wig.

The wigs are from, China and they are so horrible that you can only wear them is for Halloween. They are getting free money and will probably get rich off the fake photos.

Don't fall for it!

Saw an iowigs ad on Instagram and followed it. I had not made a purchase through Instagram before this, and gee was it a mistake. The photos on the website are not real and the descriptions are fraudulent. The descriptions online said that the wigs I was ordering had netted hairlines for a more natural look and as you can see from the photos attached, there is no netting and nothing about that "ombre" looks natural. For the price, I did not expect "natural human hair" as the site falsely tries to claim, but I did not expect such a terrible spray job on only the top layer of the wig. There is no ombre. Just imagine them spraying way too dark of a hair color to be naturally blendable and look like a believable ombre - then forgetting to actually blend it... So in other words, they sprayed a dark toilet bowl spot on the top portion of the wig. It would have been better if they at least sprayed the top part of the wig ALL THE WAY AROUND, but no, the dark hair falls like string cheese showing the under blonde underneath.
Neither of them are wearable!
Not to mention, iowigs is just one domain under this scheme, there are other website domains that contain the exact same photos as the ones posted on iowigs.com. The prices of the wigs on the other websites are roughly the same, the descriptions are similar and the website themes are alike as well. I suspect this way whoever is running the show behind the scenes can BS more people and disconnect the domains that get flagged for fraud by users like me so they can go and create new fraudulent websites containing more BS.

Iowigs states a return policy online but they do not list a return address. I sent an email asking for the return address and they gave me the run around for a bit until they stopped replying altogether.
Going to contact my bank and get ahold of Instagram next.
