In my business I run 50-200 MJF parts at a time, where the final parts (in my case MJF with vapor polish) are used as the housing for a high end electronics product. Unfortunately the manufacturing quality is very spotty if you are seeking a nicely finished product and they make it extremely difficult to return things. You regularly hear "looks good to me" "our regular machine was down" types of comments to address the cosmetic issues instead of getting real help to replace parts you cannot use. Bottom line - It is great if you are a hobbyist and not reselling the part. If you are looking for true manufacturing quality and someone who will accept responsibility for their work; I would go to Hubs or an alternate source who understands real world manufacturing vs making parts for 3d printing enthusiasts. I've been ordering(painfully) for the past few years and it has been a constant battle to get parts that are defect free. Unfortunately they don't see or treat you as a partner, like a regular/professional manufacturer would.

Hi Michael,
We’ve truly appreciated working with you since 2021 and have always valued the time and effort you and Amy have put into refining the process for your parts. While we’ve had a few challenges over the years, your collaboration has helped us create a consistent approach tailored to your needs.
We’re sorry to hear that the March order, produced using the exact MJF and vapor polish process you helped establish, didn’t meet your expectations. Cosmetic quality is critical for your application, and we regret that this order fell short.

To anyone reading this review: mention Michael’s feedback when placing your first order, and we’ll extend a 25% discount as a thank you for giving us a chance to earn your trust.

Thank you.

A good value
January 22, 2020

Edit: After working with other printers, I now realize that Jaws Tec is a great value, regardless of their lack of customer service. Give them a try.

Original: Their upload system had multiple errors and took multiple attempts to get to work. When I received my invoice, it had errors in it. I contacted them and they didn't care to take any responsibility for their own site.
Then they sent me an incomplete set of parts. When I contact them again they said since I'ordered in bulk'(I didn't want to. Refer to the first comment) that they are not able to inventory the order, basically reflecting any responsibility for another mistake.
If I had to guess, I would say that they have no interest in having me as a customer.

Hi Jacob! I sent you an email yesterday morning offering to reprint your missing part. When you place an order in bulk (meaning multiple parts in one file) our team does have a problem inventorying them all as I had mentioned to you. As soon as you send me the individual file of the missing piece we're more than happy to reprint it for you. Please see the email below in case it might have gone to your spam folder.

Hi Jacob,
We can reprint your part but I need to you send me a file of the induvial missing part. When you order in a bulk like you did our team has no way of doing inventory before ship. Once you send me the individual. Stl file for the missing part I will get it going for a reprint.

Thank you,
Amy
