My wife order some luggage and household items on sale form them because they were having a sale and she was a card holder. Being that she hadn't ordered from them in over a decade their computer defaulted to her old address even though she put in her new address ( we know this because it showed up when she logged in to check on the order. As I said she hasn't ordered from them in over a decade so how else would they have our new address if she didn't put it in!). They sent it to the old address and refuse to take accountability for their out dated system. We called multiple times and no one tried to help us. they insist that it was her fault and that there was nothing they could do. Of course we cancelled the card and will not be ordering from them ever.
