I placed an order on the 29 December 2020. I paid for express shipping. I have still not received my order and the tracking number says the order is still in Hong Kong. Feedback is not very helpful. I've been told to be patient when enquiring numerous times without any confirmation of where my order is. I was told to check my local post office and they can't locate the tracking number. Is this store legit?

We ordered my wedding ring on the 5th of July 2021... for our wedding day on the 25th of September 2021... It never arrived and we had to purchase another wedding ring at a nearby Jeweller. Today the 27th of October and no sign of the wedding ring or a refund. I did get a letter from the post office stating that the company is inactive! This is a scam! Do not purchase from them. Their business is listed as House of Pie... Not Jeulia!

I ordered a Violac Tapaz wedding Band on 30-01-2017 the money was taken off my credit card and 9 WORKING days later I have received no email confirmation of my order. I have phoned every number given in the reviews and on the website with just a voice recording that answers and then cuts me off. I have Private messaged on face book and finally got a response not to worry that my order is being processed.: Looking at the reviews on this site it would seem that everyone gets the same response. If this was not a scam why would so many people be experiencing the same problem? This Jeulia website should be shut down if this is the case so that no one else can loose money on this scam! I am very disappointed and expect an explanation and a refund! I do not want to hear the same sob story they have been giving everyone else.
Obviously, this is my opinion and I stick to it. Once I found what I wanted on Jeulia' website, I had the privilege of a continuous communication support from the company's staff. This support materialized into the delivery of the item I purchased as a gift for my daughter, at the perfect time!

I placed my order with Jeulia.co.za on 26 July it is now 12 August and I have yet to receive my order and having been told by DHL on 11 August that I now need to pay extra R850 for taxes and import charges from China, that is over 50% more than the cost of the ring I paid for (the cost of the ring on site is R1920 at the time of my purchase)! I was told that Jeulia under valued the ring to customs saying it cost $20 it cost me a lot more than that! I was also told by DHL that I could have purchased the same ring for R400 from other companies who sell the same ring on line! Feeling totally ripped off and I am going to take this to social media so no one else will be caught in the same way as I have been!

Ordered from South Africa and received in expected time. Only problem is the product is a joke. It looks like costume jewelry. The so called "diamond" is full of scratches, dents and chips.
Very disappointed and can only advise that people do not order from them.
I received a ring from them, but the ring is too BIG. I've been trying to get some feedback and more information on who to go about to exchange the current ring for a smaller size.
I've been waiting another week to get a response from Jeulia via there customer care services on this details.
Then on their facebook page i get weak feedback on what i can do to exchange the ring, where to exchange etc. My request on this information is totally ignored for 3days, by just getting non relevant information and now i have to pay an extra R2100 for the correct size ring.
The ring is now on sale for R2730. 00 and my fiance paid R5650. 00 + an additional R1000. 00 custom clearance, thus a total of R6650. 00 and now they want another R2100. 00.
Th place is a rip off and has utter bad and weak customer services!

This ring is absolutely fabulous! Compliments all the time; everyone admires this ring. Thought the band would be a pink stone, however ruby is beautiful, the engraving around the band is unique, and the stone is gorgeous, it is amazing. The sizing chart was a little tricky; my measurements were for a size 9, however upon return actual size is 7. Return was wonderful, service was prompt and courteous. My husband's ring matches (as his is an all black band); and it simply couldn't fit my personality better! Love Love Love this ring!
