I usually don't bother rating websites because they're a dime a dozen but this experience really wowed me. I was looking for a nice pearl bracelet that wasn't too expensive but was still unique and of high quality. I came across jewelry county and found one that I liked. They had free shipping on all orders which is always nice so I used it that and placed my order. I get a call the next day from their shipping department and they tell me that orders usually ship within 24 hours but because of the holidays, my order will ship within 72 hours. Even though I said it was no big deal, the guy thoroughly apologized. When I received the item it was just beautiful and came in a really nice gift box. I got a call that day from another person from jewelry county and he wanted to make sure the package came in time and if everything was okay. It's just nice to work with a company that cares. If I ever buy more jewelry, they're gonna be my first stop.
