I have ordered MANY times over the last 2 years and love everything they come out with! The rings are pretty unlike other candle companies and the products really smell great. I even found a beautiful big $100 ring in my hand soap! I've talked with customer service a few times and whether I call or email, they are always very polite and helpful. Love JewelScent and will continue to order from this great company!

I ordered 3 ring bomds on 12/13/17. They came in after Christmas and 2 did not contain a ring. I asked for a refund, their response is to send me 2 more crapy replacement rings without bombs. The 1 ring that I did receive for my Daughter in law is already tarnished and turning her finger green. It has taken 2 weeks of e-mailing pictures and such to get this disappointing response from them. I might as well have thrown $50. Down the drain. Don't wast your money.

I am proud to be a consultant for this company. The rings are gorgeous and the products smell amazing! The apple of my eye bath bomb made my mouth water cause it smells just like a freshly sliced apple. We have had some issues with shipping lately but that is completely understandable with the high volume of orders received. Can't wait to get more products in so I can share them with other people :)

I ordered a candle, matching wax tart and bath bomb for my wife. Although, I knew the odds of getting a real expensive jewel was real low, my wife was excited more about finding the prize. I see all these people upset that the ring wasn't real. The boxes tell you the rings start at $15... what did you expect? (even real jewelry can turn you green - it's the acid in your body) My wife keeps telling me I will be in the doghouse if I don't order again!

Got the candle and was excited to get the ring that was supposed to be in it. Was not one in there. Emailed them and gave me a run around. Never replaced it

I bought two wax tarts and received one free ring. The rings are beautiful. All three were beautiful. The gift of a wax tart I gave to my daughter smelled amazing! Truly wonderful but the ring turned her finger green in just two days. I was so heartbroken. And very embarrassed really. This company was highly rated. I don't know why. Makes me sad. Never again

I signed up to be a jewell scent consultant over a month ago. I tried to contact my sponsor thru fb and sent her an email ( Lee Hardy) she has not gotten back to me in over a month... I called the company 5 days ago ( no one answers the phone, I tried several times to call) left a message for them to call me... no call back... one of the candles did smell lovely... but the rest was junk... and thier rings... cheap and ugly... not happy at all! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I bought an e-gift card for my daughter-in-law for her birthday. Bought it on 6/29 and the money came out of my bank on 6/30. Her birthday was 7/3, and no gift card came. It's now 7/8, and I am still trying to get them to send it, and cannot get them on the phone. The phone rings, then you press 1, then the music comes on, and they tell you there's nobody available to answer the call and ask you to leave your name and phone number and email. I have called many times over several days and have yet to have reached them when I called. Too much hassle for me. I will not be doing any further business with this company!

The CEO asked consultants to leave reviews to counter the negative reviews. I have no doubt that the many negative reviews here are true. This company should be avoided.

The products themselves smell really good. The candles and the aroma beads. I wasn't too impressed with the wax tarts, but the body scrub was also very good. Items can get a bit pricey. The rings are costume jewelry and a few of them turned my fingers green. They also seem to take longer and longer to fulfill the orders. My current order is now over a week and I still don't have it. These make nice gifts though.

I love these products so much, I can't get enough! The soy blend candles burn nicely and the fragrances fill my home with wonderful scents. JewelScent body scrub has become my go-to shower product because I love the way it feels, not greasy like other scrubs and the natural sugar rinses cleanly down the drain without adding any harmful bits and pieces to our water source.

I am a consultant and customer. I love the products and the rings. So far my favorite candles are Bamboo Rain and Enchanted Mist. I really want Drangons Blood but every time I go to order it its out of stock. One of these times I will get lucky and it wont be. I also have a customer that is very addicted to JewelScent. She is always looking for new products and promo codes. We couldnt be more happier. Keep up the good work.

As an added bonus for calling to cancel a subscription for a 50 dollar candle each month. They ask you for your credit card number for verification purposes. Then they charge the credit card for a identity security subscription. You have the option to say no, but it does not matter as they charge you anyway. 4.99 now and a further 21.95 a month on top of the 50 a month for the candle. They give you a verification code. They don't explain how to get the refund. They tell you your new identity theft packet is on its way, tell you to hold... 5 mins later hang up on you. All with a delightful heavy Pakistani accent that you have trouble understanding. The rings are cheap crap! But hey... the candles do smell nice! Same smell is $10 at kohl's. Joke was on them though. I used a card that was pre cancelled. So no charge for their Id program. My wife bought the candles with paypal. Which I canceled in paypal. Enjoy!

I have ordered candles, scrubs, wax tarts and most recently, the bath bomb. I love them all. My consultant is best. Never ant trouble, always a pleasant experience!

Liked the concept of jewelry in candles. I had ordered 4 candles and got pretty rings in it. There smell is nice too.

The scents are unbelievable. They have a wide variety for almoat every person. I cant forget the jewlery. Its great quality and beautiful.
