I am a regular customer who ordered a Italian sandwich 30 minutes before work, the store off Ole Dixie, I get there. An it wasn't ready, Everybody was standing around if not out the door hanging out. What is the use for ordering on line an it says "As soon as possible" to get there an the food isn't ready because of the staff not doing their job. I'm at work now hungry an dissatisfied cause I paid for something that should of been ready. An it wasn't 30 minutes prior... Shame on them
Well, we ordered our food tonight at 7:30. It wasn't delivered after the point. The building was closed. We had to knock on the window just to get them to refund the money. If it's kind of funny like I don't know what's going on, man. But you all aint freaky fast anymore. You're sure freaky, slow.

Again, ordered Jimmy John's on the realize that you no longer have drivers that it's through DoorDash ordered. My food at like 730 and it still wasn't here. When up there and caught the manager before he left, you're failing partnering with DoorDash.
When i went to there i ordered a sandwich with extra extra mayo and they would not put it on the sandwich. I got really mad and then they threw the sandwich right at me. Dont recommend this place.
I went to Jimmy John's today, December 7,2023, and ordered my favorite sandwich, the Hero. To my dismay, as I ate the sandwich, I realized why I stopped going there. I don't know where they purchase their meat from but never have I ever had so many uneatable hard spots in a meat before in my life. It was disgusting they must've changed vendors and are now purchasing cheaper meat. I don't know that for a fact, but what I do know is I will not be going back. I'm done. The attached photo is not meat it is some sort of hard stuff that can't be eaten. Most of the meat in the sandwich (the Vito) that I purchased had this inside; if you look closely, it's not the bread that light white or yellow coloring is the hard stuff that you can't eat. I ended up throwing the sandwich out I had had enough. I hate to say it don't go there.

I placed an order for my kids and every item with an exception to the (3) Chocolate Chip Cookies was incorrect at the Amelia, OH location (#2091). I called the restaurant immediately not notify them of the mistake and no one answered the phone. I called the next day and spoke with Emma and she informed me that she was going to have her Mgr. Patricia give me a call. After not hearing from Patricia, I called again and on 12/28/2023 at 2:03 pm where Patricia and I spoke for 5 min. And 57 secs about the issue. Patricia informed me that she needed to call the owner and get him to approve a store credit for the sandwich and (2) bags of chips that were incorrect. At 2:13pm that afternoon Patricia called me and said the owner authorized a Store Credit for the Sandwich and Chips. She also indicated that she would be applying the credit to my account for the next time we place an order. This evening (1/5/2024) my family put together their order as they were in the mood for Jimmy John's. I started by inputting the additional food items into the app (without checking out the order). I then (7:53pm) phone the store location and spoke with a gentleman who said he will need to call Patricia so she could walk him thru how to issue the credit. The gentleman asked if he could call me back. Roughly 23 minutes later (8:16pm) I received a call from Emma informing that she spoke with Patricia, and Patricia indicated she remembers getting the credit authorized; however it was not in the system. She said she will need more time to determine if Patricia actually entered the Credit or not. I mentioned to Emma that I have additional items I intend to order to accompany the Credit so if she could confirm and call me back as soon as possible so I may fire the online portion of our total order. I did not hear back from Emma by 8:42 pm. Realizing the restaurant closes at 9:00pm, I called the restaurant again. The Gentleman answered the telephone and said "Sir you will have to call and place your order with Patricia or our GM Ray tomorrow because we can do anything this evening."
My family wanted Jimmy Johns tonight not tomorrow. It is absolute shame the run around we are getting simply for pleasant Jimmy John's experience. I understand order accuracy can be challenging for some restaurants; but to lack the ability to correct the problem and make it right for your loyal customers on the spot is completely unacceptable. My purchase and order history speaks for itself. And we should be treated with much much more valued than this! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING

I'm very disappointed with this product; now they put too much liquid ingredients that make the bread melting and disgusting. I can't even save it for later to eat it in home just to find up the bread was totally melted. I felt like l want to vomit. I couldn't eat the sandwich that was totally melted. Don't recommend this company anymore. Don't deserve not even 1 star. DISCASTING.
Heads up to anyone who hates onions. DO NOT order the Tuna! It is LOADED with onions, although no where in the description does it mention that there are onions in the Tuna salad. Why would you add onions and not just let those who like onions add them to their sandwich at no cost? I couldn't eat the sandwich and it was a total waste of money!
When trying to create an online delivery order there is not a clear delivery and pick up option and when finishing 50 orders it made me restart for a delivery.

Went to the newer location in river oaks drive. Don't go here very often but decided to treat myself after a long weekend of work. Ordered a turkey, cheese and bacon large sandwich at a cost of $19.08. Wow but don't mind paying that for a really good sandwich. However when I got sandwich home, there was only 2 slices of turkey. What?! Absolutely ridiculous! For what u got, should've only cost at least half that. Will not be going back and will tell my friends my experience. So so disappointed

Visited on 7/15/23 to store on 8725 Sheridan blvd #8 colorado, manager, (did not get a name as she refused), was short, quite large, colorado and rounded, had black hair, and refused to give a copy of the receipt or refund when her employee made incorrect order. When I brought out my phone that's when she gave me the copy. When I turned, she, the manager, threw liquid (soda or juice) at my back hitting me.

If the sub was an indication of a bew product, they failed miserably! Looked like a regular sub, the meat was all jammed together, the soft mozzarella was a thin slice of hard mozzarella, the lettuce was encased in the "pesto" sauce & all shoved into the back closed crack of the sub bun, which had been baked too long, tomato was smashed & miniscule. Sure didn't look like the picture! Cross JJ's off my list for good!

I Purchased my 1st Jimmy John sandwich today at the pass road store.
Very, very disappointed when I got home and open my sandwich.
I specifically asked them for lettuce tomato and a little bit onion and salt and pepper. They told me salt and pepper would be put in the bag separately which they did not do. As you can see there's no tomatoes,no onion and the lettuce is extremely sparse and it's saturated with mayonnaise. I cannot wait until Jersey Mike's comes in the area.
My place of work brought in lunch for Employee Appreciation Day. A nice gesture. They brought in boxed Jimmy John's subway sandwiches. Mine was ham. It had two very thin slices of ham, a thin slice of cheese, a massive amount of shredded lettuce. Quite disappointed at the lack of meat. Pre-packaged potato chip and factory-made cookie. Meh! Dill pickle in a ziplock bag. Overall, lackluster. I wouldn't go there on my own dime.

We purchased two sandwiches at the Venice location, mine was a Italian sub. It was the worst sub I ever had. The meat had no flavor, they put mayonnaise on it when asked not to. The toppings consisted of lettuce, tomato, and onion. I will never go there again nor would I feed this to my dog.

Here in the high desert, there is not many sandwich places that I can say I enjoy eating. Jimmy John's happened to be one of my top three places to eat here in the high desert from services to sandwich. I commend them well nothing bad to say is definitely a go to.
I ordered a sandwich for my brother to pick up on his way home from work and ordered it to be ready at 8:15pm. When he arrived, the sandwich was not ready. I ordered the sandwich without mayo specifically and it came slathered with mayo. I HATE mayo on an Italian hoagie. Took a couple of bites and threw the rest out. Mayo should be an option and not automatically applied to the sandwich. Will not patronize JJ's again. Too many other places locally that do a better job.
This was my first time ordering food through delivery. Lunch was delivered to another Suite in the same commercial complex. I searched around within my office suite for my lunch. A lady was searching who was Candy; we eventually found each other. My sandwich bread was hard when I received it; however the chips and bottle of water was fine. I didn't receive a text message or email of final delivery. I thanked the lady for searching for me. I tipped them in advance too! My first and last doing this.:-(:-(
I ordered at 10:32pm. After an hour. Called and they said the driver is on the way. One sandwich. One. I LIVE 4 MINUTES AWAY!? I've been sick the last 2 days and haven't eaten so I'm too dizzy to drive to pick it up. Another hour goes by. Still no food! Call the store and the manager refuses to give me my tip back. You really think I'm tipping when it's taken over 2 hours now?
Well now it's 8:40am the next day! Guess who never got their food and they won't give me a refund!
I placed an order from my phone early in the morning the day I wanted it delivered. It didn't arrive at the appointed time-frame. I called and was told I put the order in for the next day - no I didn't. I told him to cancel the order altogether and credit my card. I call the next day to get my card credited. So far, a week later, my card has not been credited. Also, previous orders were always late

Newhope, Fountain Valley location: Called to order sandwiches and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Called back, told them I was on hold for a long time... no apology. Asked how big their regular sandwiches were and the guy hung up on me. Thought I'd try something new (never ordered from them before) and what a joke. No wonder they have terrible reviews and ratings. How do they stay in business?
Very convenient location for us we normally dine in. Always fresh veggies and bread. Nice flavors all around good sandwiches. Service is fast Good people good vibes. Restaurant is exceptionally clean and organized. It's very hard to find a restaurant that functions with these very important elements.
