Own a lot of their products but my favorite would be the hair spray because that is a damn good hair spray. The product has organic ingredients and a hair spray without a lot of chemicals which is super good on my hair. It is not heavy yet holds my style and has a really nice citrusy fragrance and not a harsh chemical smell.
I tried to purchase an item that was advertised in an email sent to me by John Masters Organics. When I tried to order the two products advertised on the John Masters Organics websites, I received error messages. The email stated that if an overnight mask is purchased, a moisturizer is free. I wrote to customer service at John Masters about my experience. I received their response: "We apologize for the confusion. The email was actually sent in error. It was supposed to be the Maximum Moisturizer with mandarin that is for the BOGO and not the overnight mask. "
I wrote a response to customer service stating that no email had been sent alerting customers about the email that was sent in error. After this experience, it appears that John Masters Organics is a company with very poor ethics.
Tip for consumers:

The hair oil is absolutely a great de-frizzer for my annoying hair. This oil is very effective on my very lengthy and thick hair. It doesn't leave the hair oily like most and leaves the hair much smoother with my natural waves still bouncy. My hair is soft and the breakage has ceased.
The first product I tried from them is their hair mask. I learned about them on instagram and I won the mask in a giveaway. It made me a believer. My hair was very smooth after using it.
All of the John Masters products are gentle, yet effective in cleaning and treating my hair and skin. Its great that these organic products work well too!
